Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir espumas de poliuretano flexibles, en el que (a) prepolímero de poliisocianato se mezcla con (b) compuestos poliméricos que comprenden grupos reactivos a isocianatos, (c) opcionalmente, agentes extensores de cadena y/o reticuladores, (d) un catalizador, (e) agentes de soplado que contienen agua y, (f) opcionalmente, aditivos para formar una mezcla de reacción, y se convierte en espuma de poliuretano flexible, en donde el prepolímero de poliisocianato que tiene (a) un contenido de NCO de 16 y 30% en peso, en función del peso total del componente a), y se pueden obtener haciendo reaccionar (a1) diisocianato de difenilmetano que contiene (a1a) 2,4'-diisocianato de difenilmetano, (a1b) 4,4'-diisocianato de difenilmetano y (a1c) homólogos policíclicos de diisocianato de difenilmetano con (a2) polioles que contienen (a2a) óxido de polialquileno rico en óxido de etileno que tiene un número de hidroxilo de 20 a 60 mg KOH/g originado de una o más moléculas de inicio bifuncionales a tetrafuncionales y una fracción de unidades de óxido de etileno de al menos 55 (65, 70)% en peso, en función del peso total de unidades de óxido de alquileno, y (a2b) óxido de polialquileno con bajo contenido de óxido de etileno que tiene un número de hidroxilo de 20 a 60 mg KOH/g originado de una o más moléculas de inicio bifuncionales a tetrafuncionales y una fracción máxima de unidades de óxido de etileno de 10% en peso, en función del peso total de unidades de óxido de alquileno, la fracción de (a1a) 2,4'-diisocianato de difenilmetano es de 5 a 15% en peso y la de (a1b) 4,4'-diisocianato de difenilmetano es de 40 a 80% en peso, en función del peso total de los poliisocianatos (a1), y los compuestos poliméricos (b) que comprenden grupos reactivos a isocianatos contienen (b1) de 60 a 80% en peso de al menos un óxido de polialquileno que tiene un número de hidroxilo de 20 a 60 mg KOH/g originado de una o más moléculas de inicio bifuncionales a tetrafuncionales y una fracción de unidades de óxido de etileno de al menos 55 a 95% en peso, en función del peso total de unidades de óxido de alquileno, (b2) de 20 a 30% en peso de al menos un óxido de polialquileno que tiene un número de hidroxilo de 20 a 80 mg KOH/g originado de una o más moléculas de inicio bifuncionales a tetrafuncionales y una fracción de unidades de óxido de etileno de 0 a 40% en peso, en función del peso total de unidades de óxido de alquileno. La fracción de los compuestos (b1) y (b2) es al menos 80% en peso, en función del peso total de los compuestos poliméricos (b) que comprenden grupos reactivos a isocianatos (b).
