Abstract

【課題】　良好な貯蔵安定性を有し、反発弾性と機械物性が共に良好である軟質ポリウレタンフォームを提供する。 【解決手段】　下記に示す条件にて、ピュアＭＤＩ（イ）に当量以下のポリオール（ロ）をウレタン化反応させ、その後ポリメリックＭＤＩ（ハ）を混合して得られる軟質ポリウレタンフォーム用ポリイソシアネート組成物により解決する。 　（２，２′－ＭＤＩ＋２，４′－ＭＤＩ）／ＭＤＩ＝６０～８５質量％ 　ＭＤＩ／（（イ）＋（ハ））＝５０～９０質量％ ただし、（ロ）は、数平均分子量７００～１０，０００、平均官能基数２～８、繰り返し単位におけるオキシエチレン基が１０～４０％であるポリエーテルポリオールである。
