Claims (10)
- 摩擦対偶の運転中にトルク伝達のために該摩擦対偶の対応面(12)に摩擦接続的に結合可能であるかもしくは結合される摩擦面を有する摩擦対偶の対応面において、該対応面(12)が、熱導出コーティング(20)を備えており、該熱導出コーティング(20)が、該熱導出コーティング(20)を被着した支持体材料(15)よりも著しく大きな熱伝導率を有していることを特徴とする、摩擦対偶の対応面。
- 支持体材料(15)が、金属材料から形成されている、請求項1記載の対応面。
- 熱導出コーティング(20)が、窒化物層および/または炭素に類似の層、たとえばDLC(ダイヤモンドライクカーボン)層を有している、請求項1または2記載の対応面。
- 熱導出コーティング(20)が、該熱導出コーティング(20)を被着した支持体材料(15)よりも著しく大きな熱伝導率を有する金属コーティング材料を含んでいる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の対応面。
- 金属コーティング材料が、アルミニウムおよび/または銅を含んでいる、請求項4記載の対応面。
- 熱導出コーティング(20)が、相転移によって熱エネルギを受け取りかつ時間的に遅れて引き渡すことができるコーティング材料を含んでいる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の対応面。
- 熱導出コーティング(20)が、少なくとも10μm、好ましくは約20μmの厚さを有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の対応面。
- 熱導出コーティング(20)を備えた対応面(12)が、湿式のクラッチシステムの対応薄板(10)に設けられているかまたは乾式のクラッチシステムのプレッシャプレート、センタプレートおよび/または二次側フライホイールに設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の対応面。
- 対応面(12)および/または熱導出コーティング(20)が、拡大された表面積を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の対応面。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の対応面を備えたクラッチ摩擦パートナ。
