Claims (12)
- ブレーキディスク(3)を跨ぐブレーキキャリパ(1)を具備し、少なくとも1個の締付け装置によって前記ブレーキディスク(3)に押し付け可能で、それぞれパッド支持板(6)とそれに固定された摩擦パッド(7)を有するブレーキパッド(4、5)が前記ブレーキキャリパ内の両側に配置され、前記締付け装置が前記パッド支持板(6)の端面に作用する少なくとも1個のブレーキトランプ(8)を有する、特に商用車用のディスクブレーキにおいて、
前記ブレーキパッド(4、5)の少なくとも一方が前記ブレーキディスク(3)の半径方向にヒンジ支持、好ましくは傾動可能に支持されていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 - 前記ブレーキトランプ(8)の前記パッド支持板(6)と押圧部材(10)あるいは前記ブレーキキャリパ(1)の後側の壁(2)が互いに対応する傾動要素を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記傾動要素が突出部(11)とそれに適合する凹部(12)からなっていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記突出部(11)の断面が凸形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 細帯の形をした前記突出部(11)が前記パッド支持板(6)またはそれに接触する押圧板、前記押圧部材(10)または前記壁(2)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記突出部(11)が前記壁(2)または前記押圧部材(10)にインサートとして保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記突出部(11)が前記押圧部材(10)に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記凹部(12)が前記パッド支持板(6)または前記押圧板の全長または一部範囲にわたって延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記押圧部材(10)が前記ブレーキトランプ(8)の操作スピンドル(9)に傾動可能に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- パッド支持板(6)とそれに固定された摩擦パッド(7)を有するディスクブレーキ用ブレーキパッドにおいて、前記パッド支持板(6)が湾曲した底面を有する少なくとも1つの凹部(12)を備えていることを特徴とするブレーキパッド。
- 前記凹部(12)が前記パッド支持板(6)の長さにわたって延在する条溝として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のブレーキパッド。
- 前記パッド支持板(6)が少なくとも1つの球冠状凹部(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載のブレーキパッド。
