乳化重合体A=p(84 EA/1 Sty/15 AA)

乳化重合体C=p(59 EA/1 Sty/20 MMA/19.5 AA/0.5 IA)

Claims (4)
- 水性媒体中の分散性不織布基材を形成する方法であって、
a)乳化重合体を含む水性不織布バインダーを調製する工程であって、
前記乳化重合体が共重合単位として前記乳化重合体の重量を基準として10重量%〜30重量%のモノエチレン性不飽和一塩基酸モノマーを含み、前記乳化重合体のTgが−20℃〜30℃であり、前記重合体が三置換窒素原子を含む化合物で改質されており、前記化合物が4〜7のpKbを有する、工程と、
b)不織布基材を前記水性不織布バインダーと接触させる工程と、
c)前記接触された不織布を120℃〜220℃の温度に加熱する工程と、
d)前記接触され加熱された不織布を、最終pH<5である水性媒体に浸漬することによって水性媒体中の分散性不織布を提供する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の水性媒体中の分散性不織布基材を提供する方法であって、
前記乳化重合体が、共重合単位として、前記乳化重合体の重量を基準として0.01重量%〜0.75重量%のモノエチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸モノマーを更に含む、方法。 - 水性媒体中に分散された不織布を提供する方法であって、
請求項1又は2に記載の分散性不織布を、pH>6.5の過剰の水性媒体に浸漬する工程を含む、方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法で形成された、水性媒体中の分散性不織布。
