Abstract

1. Способ формирования диспергирующейся нетканой подложки в водной среде, включающий:a) формирование водного нетканого связующего, включающего эмульсионный полимер, включающий в качестве сополимеризованных звеньев:от 10 до 30 мас. % мономера моноэтиленовоненасыщенной одноосновной кислоты в пересчете на массу указанного эмульсионного полимера, где Tg указанного эмульсионного полимера равна от -20 до 30°C; где указанный полимер был модифицирован соединением, содержащим тризамещенный атом N, указанное соединение обладает значением pK, равным от 4 до 7;b) взаимодействие нетканой подложки с указанным водным нетканым связующим;c) нагревание указанного введенного во взаимодействие нетканого материала при температуре, равной от 120 до 220°C; иd) погружение указанного введенного во взаимодействие нагретого нетканого материала в водную среду, обладающую конечным значением pH<5, с получением диспергирующегося нетканого материала в водной среде.2. Способ получения указанной диспергирующейся нетканой подложки в водной среде по п. 1, в котором указанный эмульсионный полимер дополнительно включает в качестве сополимеризованных звеньев от 0,01 до 0,75 мас. % мономера моноэтиленовоненасыщенной дикарбоновой кислоты в пересчете на массу указанного эмульсионного полимера.3. Способ получения дисперсного нетканого материала в водной среде, включающий погружение диспергирующегося нетканого материала по п. 1 или 2 в избыток водной среды при pH>6,5.4. Диспергирующийся нетканый материал в водной среде, сформированный способом по п. 1 или 2.

Claims (4)

1. Способ формирования диспергирующейся нетканой подложки в водной среде, включающий:
a) формирование водного нетканого связующего, включающего эмульсионный полимер, включающий в качестве сополимеризованных звеньев:
от 10 до 30 мас. % мономера моноэтиленовоненасыщенной одноосновной кислоты в пересчете на массу указанного эмульсионного полимера, где Tg указанного эмульсионного полимера равна от -20 до 30°C; где указанный полимер был модифицирован соединением, содержащим тризамещенный атом N, указанное соединение обладает значением pKb, равным от 4 до 7;
b) взаимодействие нетканой подложки с указанным водным нетканым связующим;
c) нагревание указанного введенного во взаимодействие нетканого материала при температуре, равной от 120 до 220°C; и
d) погружение указанного введенного во взаимодействие нагретого нетканого материала в водную среду, обладающую конечным значением pH<5, с получением диспергирующегося нетканого материала в водной среде.
2. Способ получения указанной диспергирующейся нетканой подложки в водной среде по п. 1, в котором указанный эмульсионный полимер дополнительно включает в качестве сополимеризованных звеньев от 0,01 до 0,75 мас. % мономера моноэтиленовоненасыщенной дикарбоновой кислоты в пересчете на массу указанного эмульсионного полимера.
3. Способ получения дисперсного нетканого материала в водной среде, включающий погружение диспергирующегося нетканого материала по п. 1 или 2 в избыток водной среды при pH>6,5.
4. Диспергирующийся нетканый материал в водной среде, сформированный способом по п. 1 или 2.
