Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載の形式の転がり軸受装置に関する。このような形式の転がり軸受装置は、たとえば独国特許出願公開第102009056662号明細書から公知である。
転がり軸受のこのような使用事例では、このような軸受の転動体と軸受レースとの間の接触ゾーンにおいて、極めて高い負荷における極めて高い運転回転数に基づき、200℃を大幅に上回る運転温度が容易に発生する。高い回転数のときに摩擦出力によって生じる熱は、軸受の損傷を回避するために、確実にかつ迅速に排出されなければならない。このためには、原理的に、たとえば独国特許出願公開第102006024603号明細書からも公知であるような転がり軸受冷却システムが使用される。
本発明の根底を成す課題は、特に航空機推進機関および据置式のガスタービンに適した、冷却および減衰機能を備えた転がり軸受装置を、上記公知先行技術に比べて、特に製造上および運転上の手間の点で改良することである。
この課題は、本発明によれば、請求項1に記載の転がり軸受装置によって解決される。
それぞれ相互に対応する構成部分、または同一作用を有する構成部分は、図1および図2の両図面において同じ符号で示されている。
Claims (6)
- 転がり軸受装置であって、
転がり軸受の少なくとも1つのアウタレース(4)と、環状の中間エレメント(9)と、ハウジングとを備え、前記転がり軸受は、前記中間エレメント(9)が前記アウタレース(4)と前記ハウジングとの間に配置されて、前記アウタレース(4)と前記中間エレメント(9)との間に第1の接触ゾーンが形成され、前記中間エレメント(9)と前記ハウジングとの間に第2の接触ゾーンが形成されるように前記ハウジング内に挿入可能であり、
前記第1の接触ゾーンに、冷却システムが形成されており、
該冷却システムは、冷却媒体によって貫流可能な少なくとも1つの冷却切欠、特に冷却通路(5)を有しており、
前記第2の接触ゾーンに、減衰システムが形成されており、
該減衰システムは、少なくとも1つの減衰切欠を有しており、該減衰切欠を介して、前記第2の接触ゾーンに設けられた減衰中空室が、減衰媒体によって充填可能である、
転がり軸受装置において、
前記アウタレース(4)が、回転可能に前記中間エレメント(9)内に配置されており、
前記アウタレース(4)の一方の端面に、オイルを前記第1の接触ゾーンに圧送するために形成された環状のオイル捕集ストリップ(6)が設けられていることを特徴とする転がり軸受装置。 - 前記第1の接触ゾーン内の前記冷却システムが、前記第2の接触ゾーン内の前記減衰システムに流体技術的に連通されている、請求項1記載の転がり軸受装置。
- 前記アウタレース(4)の、前記オイル捕集ストリップ(6)とは反対の側の端面が、オイル流出孔(8)を有している、請求項2記載の転がり軸受装置。
- 前記中間エレメント(9)が、前記第1の接触ゾーンを前記第2の接触ゾーンに連通させるオイルオーバフロー管路(12)を有している、請求項2記載の転がり軸受装置。
- ガスタービンにおける、請求項1記載の転がり軸受装置の使用。
- ヘリコプタにおけるロータ支持装置としての、請求項1記載の転がり軸受装置の使用。
