Claims (12)
- 一つの物体を他の物体に取り付ける動的実装システムにおいて、
第1物体および第2物体;
上端にヘッド部を有し、そしてこのヘッド部から下向きに延在するねじ山のない部分および底部に前記のねじ山のない部分よりも直径が大きいねじ山部分を有する回転可能なねじ;
前記第2物体に強く固定される雌ねじ;および
前記ねじと前記第1物体との間に作用する偏奇作用圧縮部材からなり、
前記ねじが、ねじ係合により回転可能に移動でき、かつ所定の最大深さまで移動できるナットによって受け取られ、前記の最大深さにおいて前記ねじのねじ山が前記ナットのねじ山を越えて延在し、これとの係合から外れることを特徴とする動的実装システム。
- 前記第1物体と第2物体との間に設けられた構成成分に所定の締め付け荷重が作用するように前記要素を選択する請求項1に記載の動的実装システム。
- 前記第1物体がヒートシンクである請求項2に記載の動的実装システム。
- 前記第2物体が回路基板である請求項2に記載の動的実装システム。
- 前記圧縮偏奇作用部材が前記ねじのシャンク部を取り囲み、かつ前記ねじのヘッド部に作用するコイルバネである請求項1に記載の動的実装システム。
- 前記バネの一端が前記ヒートシンクに直接かかる請求項5に記載の動的実装システム。
- 前記ねじが前記ヘッド部に隣接するショルダー部、およびこのショルダー部の直下に設けられるカラー部を有する請求項1に記載の動的実装システム。
- 前記ねじを前記ヒートシンクに強制的に取り付けている間、前記カラー部による前記ヒートシンクの変形によって前記ねじを軸方向において前記ヒートシンクに直接取り付ける請求項7に記載の動的実装システム。
- 前記ナットが貫通孔ナットである請求項1に記載の動的実装システム。
- 前記ナットの底部が、直径が前記ねじ山よりも大きい座抉り部を有する請求項1に記載の動的実装システム。
- 前記ナットがブラインドナットである請求項1に記載の動的実装システム。
- 前記ねじが前記第1物体および第2物体の整合した開口を通る請求項1に記載の動的実装システム。
