Abstract
Description
本明細書で使用される様々な用語は、当業者に既知であるような、それらの元来の意味によって定義されることが理解される。しかしながら、以下の用語は、本明細書に記載される意味を有するものとして理解される。
本体部材は、典型的には、物品の大部分が本発明による清浄可能な表面で構成されているのが好ましい。例えば、これは、ドア、窓、天井のパネル又は他の建築表面、キャビネット又は家具の表面、標識又はホワイトボードの表面、ノート、クリップボードなどの個人用物品の表面であり得る。当業者は、本明細書に開示される本発明に従って、例えば、意図する用途において好適な構成及び構造などの様々な本体部材を使用して、本発明を実行することができるであろう。
本体部材の前面の少なくとも一部分、及び好ましくは実質的に前面全体はシロキサンを結合することができ、すなわち、相溶性配合されたオーバーコートとシロキサン結合を形成することができる。この特性は、例えば、高分子マトリックスに含まれる露出したシロキサンを結合することのできる粒子から構成されるか、又は、例えば、「ダイヤモンド様ガラス」表被層をポリエステルフィルムベース部材の表面に形成するなど、本体部材の前面として、シロキサンを結合することのできる表被層を提供することで構成される、本体部材の前部を構成する材料の固有の特性であり得る。
典型的には、ベース部材は、ガラス、セラミック、磁器、紙、金属、又はプラスチックのシートを含む表面から実質的になるか、又は有する。一部の実施形態では、ベース部材は高分子フィルムである。例示的な実施例としては、ポリエステル(例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート)、オレフィン(例えば、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン)、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリカーボネート、アリルジグリコールカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレートなどのポリアクリレート、ポリスチレン、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ホモ−エポキシポリマー、ポリジアミンとのエポキシ付加重合体、ポリジチオール、ポリエチレンコポリマー、フッ素化表面、酢酸塩及び酪酸塩などのセルロースエステル、生体高分子、ポリ乳酸、及びこれらのブレンドからなる群から選択される高分子フィルムが挙げられる。
オーバーコート14は、シロキサンを結合することのできる構成要素を含む硬化性液体オーバーコート組成物を、本体部材12の前面16の少なくとも一部分に適用することで形成される。次に、コーティング組成物は、シロキサンを結合した固体のオーバーコート14が形成されるように硬化される。

加えて、例えば、乾式消去物品のような本発明の清浄可能な物品は、例えば、フレーム、材料及び用具、例えば筆記用具、イレーザー、布、メモ用紙などの保存手段、運搬用の取っ手、保護カバー、垂直表面への吊り下げ手段、イーゼルなどの任意要素を更に含んでよい。
本発明の清浄可能な物品は、例えば、乾いた布、紙タオルなどで単純に拭くか、又は場合によっては、水を使用して布、紙タオルなどにより拭くことで容易に清浄され得る。
Claims (15)
- (a)少なくとも一部分にシロキサンを結合させることのできる前面を有する本体部材を用意する工程、(b)シロキサンを結合することのできる構成要素を含むオーバーコート組成物を前記シロキサンを結合することのできる表面の少なくとも一部分に適用する工程、及び(c)前記オーバーコート組成物を硬化して、前記本体部材の前面にシロキサン結合を有する親水性オーバーコートを形成する工程を含む、清浄可能な物品の製造方法。
- 前記本体部材が、(メタ)アクリレートモノマー、(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの硬化性成分を含む硬化性混合物の反応生成物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化性混合物が、複数の表面改質無機ナノ粒子を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子が、酸化アルミニウム、酸化アンチモンスズ、次サリチル酸ビスマス、ベーマイト(boemite)、炭酸カルシウム、リン酸カルシウム、二酸化セリウム、グラフェン、ハロイサイト、ホウ化ランタン、炭酸リチウム、銀、非晶質シリカ、コロイドシリカ、二酸化ケイ素、二酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、酸化ジルコニウム又は二酸化ジルコニウムからなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子が、複数の改質シリカ粒子を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記本体部材の前面が艶消仕上げを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記本体部材の前面が光沢仕上げを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記(b)ハードコートを適用する工程が、(1)前記基材の前記前面の少なくとも一部分に前形成されたハードコートを積層する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記(b)ハードコートを適用する工程には、(1)前記基材の前記前面の少なくとも一部分に硬化性コーティング組成物を適用する工程、及び(2)前記コーティング組成物を硬化して前記ハードコートを作製する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記本体部材が、シロキサンを結合することのできる表被層を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記表被層がダイヤモンド様ガラスフィルムである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記本体部材がナノ粒子を含む高分子マトリックスを含み、前記マトリックスはシロキサンを結合することのできる粒子が露出されるように、プラズマ、コロナ及び火炎処理のうちの少なくとも1つに、本体部材の前面の少なくとも一部分を露出することにより処理される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (a)官能化されている前面を有する本体部材、(b)シロキサン結合によって官能化された前記前面に結合したオーバーコート、を含む、清浄可能な物品。
- (a)請求項13に記載の清浄可能な物品を用意する工程、及び(b)物品の前面にしるしを書き込む工程、を含む清浄可能な物品の使用方法。
- (c)前記しるしの少なくとも一部分を消去する工程を更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
