Abstract
Description
a)水膨潤性粘土を1〜18重量%、
b)等価直径が250nmより大きい、非水膨潤性で非不堅牢(non−fugitive)の無機充填剤粒子を20〜70重量%、
c)水を20〜60重量%、
d)水可溶性セルロースポリマーを0〜0.1重量%、及び
e)等価直径が100nm以下の無機粒子を0〜1重量%、含有する。
MTSF=破壊強度/(CTE×ヤング率)
以下の成分を混合することで、未硬化セメント組成物の実施例3及び4を作製した。実施例3では、アルミナが上記実施例に記載されているAlmatis,Inc.より入手したCT3000の製品である。実施例4では、アルミナはAlmatis,Inc.より入手したA16SG(d50=0.5μm、d90=2.0μm、BET表面積=8.9m2/g)である。
Claims (21)
- a)水膨潤性粘土を1〜18重量%、
b)等価直径が250nmより大きい、非水膨潤性かつ非不堅牢の無機充填剤粒子を20〜70重量%、
c)水を20〜60重量%、
d)水可溶性セルロースポリマーを0〜0.1重量%、及び
e)等価直径が100nm以下の無機粒子を0〜1重量%含有する、未硬化無機セメント組成物。 - 室温の蒸留水に前記水膨潤性粘土を少しずつ加えて合計2グラム加えると、前記水膨潤性粘土が少なくとも15mLの体積に膨張する、請求項1に記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記水膨潤性粘土がベントナイト粘土である、請求項1又は2に記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記水膨潤性粘土を1〜7重量%含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記無機充填剤粒子が少なくとも1種の高アスペクト比の充填剤を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記高アスペクト比の充填剤を10〜45重量%含有する、請求項5に記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記高アスペクト比の充填剤が低生物内残留性繊維である、請求項5又は6に記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記無機充填剤粒子がアルミナを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記アルミナ及び水膨潤性粘土が、アルミナが0.25〜2部に対して粘土が1部の重量比で存在する、請求項8に記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記アルミナ及び水膨潤性粘土が、アルミナが0.3〜1部に対して粘土が1部の重量比で存在する、請求項9に記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記アルミナ及び水膨潤性粘土の合計が前記組成物の3〜15重量%を構成する、請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記無機充填剤粒子が、アルミナ又は水膨潤性粘土以外の低アスペクト比粒子を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- 前記アルミナ又は水膨潤性粘土以外の低アスペクト比粒子を10〜35重量%含有する、請求項12に記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。
- a)水膨潤性粘土を1〜7重量%、
b)有効径が250nmより大きいアルミナ粒子を、前記水膨潤性粘土1重量部あたり0.75〜4重量部、
c)アスペクト比が少なくとも10の無機充填剤粒子を10〜70重量%、
d)水を20〜60重量%、
e)水可溶性セルロースポリマーを0〜0.1重量%、及び
f)等価直径が100nm以下の無機粒子を0〜1重量%含有する、請求項1に記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物。 - 振動せん断レオメトリー法に基づいて、20℃、1rad/秒の振動及び5MPaの振幅で計測した場合のせん断粘度が1〜50Pa・sである、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の未硬化セメント組成物。
- 振動せん断レオメトリー法に基づいて、20℃、1rad/秒の振動及び5MPaの振幅で計測し、自立性である場合のせん断粘度が4〜50Pa・sである、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の未硬化セメント組成物。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の未硬化無機セメント組成物の層を、多孔質壁を有するセラミックハニカムの少なくとも1つの表面に形成することと、前記未硬化無機セメント組成物及びセラミックハニカムを焼成して前記セラミックハニカムの少なくとも1つの表面に硬化セメント層を形成することを含む、ハニカム構造体を形成する方法。
- 前記硬化セメント層が前記セラミックハニカムに辺縁被膜を形成する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化セメント層がセグメント化ハニカム構造体のセグメントの間にセメント層を形成する、請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 焼成された前記セメント組成物の100℃〜600℃の温度範囲内におけるCTEが、ハニカムの熱膨張係数をCTEhoneycombとした場合、CTEhoneycomb+1ppm/℃〜CTEhoneycomb−5ppmの範囲内である、請求項17〜19のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記無機充填剤粒子が、低生体内残留性無機繊維と、アルミナ又は水膨潤性粘土以外の低アスペクト比粒子であって前記セラミックハニカムと同等又はそれより低いCTEを有する低アスペクト比粒子とを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
