Claims (10)
- 新たな飲料が流入される流入口および冷却された飲料を排出する排出口が備えられた飲料貯蔵タンクと、
前記飲料貯蔵タンクの内側壁面に結氷層を形成してこのタンクに供給された飲料を冷却するための冷却手段と、
前記飲料貯蔵タンクの内部に提供されて前記流入口から流入された飲料が前記排出口まで移動する間に前記結氷層との接触面積を増大して冷却効率を増大させる飲料流れ誘導手段と、
前記結氷層が前記飲料流れ誘導手段まで拡張形成されて飲料が移動できる通路が遮断されることを防止するための通路確保手段と、
を含む飲料冷却装置。 - 前記冷却手段は、冷媒を高温高圧で圧縮する圧縮器と、圧縮された気化状態の冷媒を液化状態にする凝縮器と、凝縮された冷媒の蒸発が容易に行われるようにこの冷媒の圧力を低める膨張バルブと、この膨張バルブの冷媒が供給されて前記飲料貯蔵タンクを冷却する冷却パイプと、を含む、請求項1に記載の飲料冷却装置。
- 前記通路確保手段は、前記飲料流れ誘導手段を加温するヒーティング手段を含む、請求項1に記載の飲料冷却装置。
- 前記飲料流れ誘導手段は、前記飲料貯蔵タンクの内部の上側から下側へ延長されるサポートメンバーと、このサポートメンバーの外周面を沿って螺旋状に形成されている螺旋状プレートと、を含む、請求項1に記載の飲料冷却装置。
- 前記ヒーティング手段は、前記サポートメンバーの中心に挿入設置されてサポートメンバーの周囲まで結氷することを防止できる熱を放出する電気ヒーターであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の飲料冷却装置。
- 前記飲料貯蔵タンクには、タンク内部の飲料の温度を感知する飲料温度感知センサーが設置されて前記通路確保手段を制御できる、請求項1に記載の飲料冷却装置。
- 前記通路確保手段は、前記サポートメンバーに形成された孔に温水を供給して前記サポートメンバーの周囲の飲料が結氷しないようにする、請求項1に記載の飲料冷却装置。
- 飲料供給源と、
前記飲料供給源から供給される飲料に混合された異物を濾過するフィルター部と、
前記フィルター部から供給される飲料を一時的に貯蔵する飲料貯蔵タンクと、
前記飲料貯蔵タンクの内側壁面に結氷層を形成してこのタンクに供給された飲料を冷却するための冷却手段と、
前記飲料貯蔵タンクの内部に提供されて前記流入口から流入された飲料が前記排出口まで移動する間に前記結氷層との接触面積を増大して冷却効率を増大させる飲料流れ誘導手段と、
前記結氷層が前記飲料流れ誘導手段まで拡張形成されて飲料が移動できる通路が遮断されることを防止するための通路確保手段と、
を含む飲料供給システム。 - 前記通路確保手段は、前記飲料貯蔵タンク内に位置し、螺旋状プレートを有しているサポートメンバーと、このサポートメンバーに内蔵される電気ヒーターと、を含む、請求項8に記載の飲料供給システム。
- 前記通路確保手段は、前記温水貯蔵タンクと前記サポートメンバーが管路で連結されてサポートメンバーに温水を供給できる、請求項8に記載の飲料供給システム。
