Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料冷却装置,更为详细地,涉及一种将从饮料储罐或给水管供给的饮料依次冷却,以防先供给的饮料与后供给的饮料混合,从而提高冷却效率的同时能够确保可供冷却饮料移动的流道的饮料冷却装置及利用该冷却装置的饮料供给系统。
背景技术
通常,饮料冷却装置为设置在接收自来水并进行净化的净水器、或供给装在特定容器中销售的矿泉水的冷热饮水机等上,将饮料冷却至规定的温度后向使用者供给的装置。
此外,在店铺中,将清凉饮料或如生啤酒的酒类等以规定的量分出并销售时,使用冷却装置等冷却至规定的温度后销售。
为了如此将水、清凉饮料或酒类等的液体冷却至规定的温度,需要一种用于储存饮料的储罐及对从该储罐中供给的饮料进行冷却的冷却装置。
在所述储罐形成有能够投入饮料的供给口及用于将装在所述储罐的饮料向外部排出的排出口,装在这种饮料储罐的饮料通过所述冷却装置冷却至规定的温度。
在所述排出口设置有龙头,从而能够排出装在饮料储罐的饮料,当装在所述饮料储罐的饮料使用一定量时,相当于使用量的新的饮料通过供给口向所述饮料储罐供给。
这种以往的饮料冷却装置,当饮料通过供给口流入饮料储罐时,在所述饮料储罐中先冷却的液体与未冷却的饮料进行混合,因此在饮料储罐中已冷却的饮料的温度会相应地上升。
这将成为在所述饮料储罐内的冷却效率下降的一个重要原因。
作为用于防止向饮料储罐供给的液体与装在液体储罐的液体如此相混合的净水器的冷却装置,已知有韩国公开专利10-2002-0021228号。
所述公开专利的冷却装置在冷却桶的周围设置有供冷却剂循环的冷却旋管,在所述冷却桶内设置有螺旋形导板,使向所述冷却桶流入的水沿所述螺旋形导板进行下降,从而防止与所述冷却桶的水相混合,由此能够提高冷却效率。
然而,所述公开专利的这种冷却装置由于在所述冷却桶的周围设置有所述冷却旋管,因此由于通过该冷却旋管的冷却作用导致所述冷却桶内部的水结冰而形成冰层。
这种冰层随着时间的推移越来越变厚,尤其是,当不排出冷却桶的水时,冰层越来越变厚,因此若这种状态持续下去,冷却桶内部的部分或全部被结冰,从而无法向外部排出冷却桶的水。
此外,所述公开专利的冷却装置由于所述冷却桶的上部由开放部构成,并且在该开放部上设置有向冷却桶供给水的流入部,因此细菌或污染源等有可能通过开放部的缝隙向冷却桶流入。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决如上所述的以往技术的问题而提出的,本发明的目的为提供一种饮料冷却装置及利用该冷却装置的饮料供给系统,该饮料冷却装置及利用该冷却装置的饮料供给系统在使饮料储罐中的已冷却液体与向饮料储罐流入的未冷却的饮料不相混合的同时向出口侧依次流动,并且排出已冷却的饮料,且引导未冷却的饮料冷却,从而使冷却效率最大化,而且即使已冷却的饮料结冰也能够确保液体储罐内部的流道,从而能够使用饮料,而且通过将液体储罐构成为封闭型结构,能够防止细菌及污染源等的流入。
本发明的实施例的饮料冷却装置,包括:饮料储罐,具有供新饮料流入的流入口及排出已冷却饮料的排出口;冷却装置,用于在所述饮料储罐的内侧壁面形成结冰层,使供给至该罐的饮料冷却;饮料流动引导装置,设置在所述饮料储罐的内部,用于在从所述流入口流入的饮料移动至所述排出口的期间,增大所述饮料与所述结冰层的接触面积,从而增大冷却效率;和通道确保装置,用于防止因所述结冰层扩张形成至所述饮料流动引导装置而导致可供饮料移动的通道被阻断。
所述冷却装置包括:将冷却剂压缩成高温高压状态的压缩机;将已压缩的气化状态的冷却剂制成液化状态的冷凝器;降低冷却剂的压力以使冷却剂能够易于蒸发的膨胀阀;及接收膨胀阀供给的冷却剂并将所述饮料储罐冷却的冷却管。
所述通道确保装置包括加热所述饮料流动引导装置的加热装置。
所述饮料流动引导装置包括:从所述饮料储罐的内部上侧向下侧延伸的支架构件;及沿该支架构件的外周面以螺旋状设置的螺旋板。
所述加热装置在所述支架构件的中心插入设置,用于防止结冰至支架构件周围。
在所述饮料储罐中进一步设置有用于感测罐内水温的测水温传感器和接收从所述测水温传感器传递的水温数据并驱动所述通道确保装置或停止所述通道确保装置的驱动的控制部。

本发明的实施例的饮料冷却装置为,即使在饮料储罐内部的饮料因冷却装置的冷却作用而结冰,由于通过通道确保装置确保可供饮料流动的通道,因此也能够随时使用冷却的饮料。
此外,向饮料储罐内流入的饮料不会与先冷却的饮料相混合,而能够通过排出口依次排出,因此能够提高饮料的冷却效率。
进一步,由于饮料储罐构成为与外部阻断的结构,因此能够防止从外部侵入的细菌等。

下面,参照附图,对本发明的优选实施例的饮料冷却装置及利用该冷却装置的饮料供给系统进行更为详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明的第一实施例的饮料冷却装置及利用该冷却装置的饮料供给系统可作为净水器、冷温水机和酒类等的冷却装置来使用。在图1中表示饮料冷却装置适用于净水器的情况。
本发明的饮料供给系统包括:对从饮料供给源S供给的饮料进行净化的过滤装置10、用于储存通过该过滤装置10流出的净化饮料的饮料储罐20和设置在所述饮料储罐20的外周的冷却管30。
如图2所示,所述冷却管30为通常的制冷系统的结构要素。
所述冷却管30具有在所述饮料储罐20的外周以螺旋状缠绕的结构。如图2所示,通常的制冷循环包括:将冷却剂压缩成高温高压气体的压缩机32;从所述压缩机32接收已压缩的气化状态的冷却剂并将其制成液化状态的冷却剂的冷凝器34;降低该冷却剂的压力以使经冷凝的所述冷却剂能够易于蒸发的膨胀阀36;及接收该膨胀阀36供给的冷却剂并吸收周边的热量而降低温度的蒸发器。所述冷却管30意味着所述蒸发器。
当所述饮料供给源S与过滤装置10之间设置有使饮料单向流动的单向阀V1时,能够稳定地保持饮料的单向流动。
为了供给饮料而连接于所述饮料供给源S的管道L1延伸至所述饮料储罐20的流入口22,在所述饮料储罐20中,用于将已冷却的饮料向使用者供给的另一管道L2从排出口24延伸。在该管道L2的尾部设置有通常结构的龙头C。
所述管道L1还与另一管道L3连接,从而能够将饮料向温水储罐50供给,而且该温水储罐40通过另一管道L4与所述龙头C连接,从而能够向使用者供给温水。
所述温水储罐40可适用所有的通常能够使用加热器对罐内饮料进行加温方式的加温装置。
所述温水储罐40的上方与另一管道L5连接,该管道L5与辅助罐42连接,该辅助罐42用于在所述温水储罐40内的饮料在加温作用下膨胀时,将膨胀的饮料临时储存。可在所述管道L5的末端设置有储水槽44,以作为当饮料的膨胀程度超过所述辅助罐42的容量时,用于排出该饮料的装置。
在所述管道L1、L3分别设置有用于分别向饮料储罐20和温水储罐40供给饮料或阻断饮料的供给的电磁阀V3、V4。
如图3所示,通过缠绕在所述饮料储罐20外周的所述冷却管30的冷却作用,在所述饮料储罐20的内部形成结冰层50,从而能够向使用者提供清凉的饮料,在所述饮料储罐20上设置有饮料流动引导装置60,饮料流动引导装置60用于扩大所述结冰层50与所述饮料储罐20内的饮料的可接触面积,并且增加饮料与结冰层接触的时间,从而能够增大冷却效率。
所述饮料流动引导装置60包括支架构件70及以螺旋状形成在所述支架构件70的外周上且具有规定的面积和宽度的螺旋板72。
所述螺旋板72的外周面优选以相当于与所述饮料储罐20的内周面接触的大小构成。
当通过在所述冷却管30中进行的热交换作用在所述饮料储罐20的内周面形成结冰层50时,该结冰层50形成为覆盖至所述螺旋板72的外周面的状态。所述结冰层50的内周面成为可供饮料流动的通道。
当所述结冰层50扩张形成至所述饮料流动引导装置60,并且结冰至所述支架构件70时,可供所述饮料通过的流道被堵塞,因此在所述饮料储罐20上设置有用于防止可供饮料移动的通道的被堵塞的通道确保装置80。
本发明的实施例的所述通道确保装置80用于防止在所述支架构件70的周围形成所述结冰层50,从而确保饮料的通道。
为此,在本实施例中,沿所述支架构件70的长度方向埋设有电热器H,通过该电热器H的发热,防止支架构件70的周围结冰。
为了将所述电热器H埋设于所述支架构件70中,在所述支架构件70上穿设有用于插入加热器H的孔74。
为了防止向所述饮料储罐20流入的饮料流入所述孔74,在所述支架构件70的下端设置有盖76。
所述盖76虽然阻断饮料流入穿设于所述支架构件70上的孔74,但在该盖的侧壁上形成有孔78,从而使饮料能够通过管道L1向饮料储罐20流入。
在所述饮料储罐20的内侧设置有用于感测饮料温度的饮料测温传感器82,从而能够实时感测饮料储罐20内的饮料温度,并且在该传感器82中感测的温度信号被传递至控制部84。因此,在所述控制部84中,当从所述传感器82传递的饮料的温度超过设定温度时,阻断向所述电热器H供给的电流。这种技术方案能够防止因饮料储罐20内的温度上升导致的冷却效率的下降。
图4表示本发明的另一实施例的饮料供给系统。该实施例的系统与在前面说明的系统之间的区别在于通道确保装置60的具体方案。
换句话说,在上述实施例的通道确保装置80,通过在支架构件70上设置电热器H而防止在支架构件70周围的饮料的结冰,但本实施例的通道确保装置80在从所述温水储罐40延伸至所述龙头C的管道L4上分支有另一管道L6,从而使温水储罐40的温水向穿设于所述支架构件70上的孔74流动。
当温水如此流向支架构件70的孔74时,能够防止在所述支架构件70周围的饮料的结冰。
所述实施例说明了能够实现本发明的所述目的的方法的具体例。因此,所述实施例并不用来限制本发明的权利要求范围,通过本发明的详细说明和附图能够变形的技术方案都属于本发明的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种饮料冷却装置,包括:
饮料储罐,具有供新饮料流入的流入口及排出已冷却饮料的排出口;
冷却装置,用于在所述饮料储罐的内侧壁面形成结冰层,以冷却供给至该罐的饮料;
饮料流动引导装置,设置在所述饮料储罐的内部,用于在从所述流入口流入的饮料移动至所述排出口的期间,增大所述饮料与所述结冰层的接触面积,从而增大冷却效率;和
通道确保装置,用于防止因所述结冰层扩张形成至所述饮料流动引导装置而导致可供饮料移动的通道被阻断,
其中,所述通道确保装置包括加热所述饮料流动引导装置的加热装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮料冷却装置,其中,
所述冷却装置包括:将冷却剂压缩成高温高压状态的压缩机;将已压缩的气化状态的冷却剂制成液化状态的冷凝器;降低冷却剂的压力以使冷却剂能够易于蒸发的膨胀阀;及接收膨胀阀供给的冷却剂并将所述饮料储罐冷却的冷却管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饮料冷却装置,其中,
所述饮料流动引导装置包括:从所述饮料储罐的内部上侧向下侧延伸的支架构件及沿该支架构件的外周面以螺旋状设置的螺旋板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的饮料冷却装置,其中,
所述加热装置为,在所述支架构件的中心插入设置且用于发出能够防止结冰至支架周围的热量的电热器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的饮料冷却装置,其中,
在所述饮料储罐中设置有用于感测罐内饮料温度的饮料测温传感器,从而能够控制所述通道确保装置。
6.根据权利要求3所述的饮料冷却装置,其中,
所述通道确保装置通过将温水供给至形成在所述支架构件上的孔,从而防止所述支架构件的周围饮料的结冰。
7.一种饮料供给系统,包括:
饮料供给源;
过滤部,用于滤除混合在从所述饮料供给源供给的饮料中的杂质;
饮料储罐,用于临时储存从所述过滤部供给的饮料并且具有供饮料流入的流入口及排出已冷却饮料的排出口;
冷却装置,用于在所述饮料储罐的内侧壁面形成结冰层,以冷却供给至该罐的饮料;
饮料流动引导装置,设置在所述饮料储罐的内部,用于在从所述流入口流入的饮料移动至所述排出口的期间,增大所述饮料与所述结冰层的接触面积,从而增大冷却效率;和
通道确保装置,用于防止因所述结冰层扩张形成至所述饮料流动引导装置而导致可供饮料移动的通道被阻断,
其中,所述通道确保装置包括加热所述饮料流动引导装置的加热装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的饮料冷却装置,其中,所述饮料流动引导装置包括位于所述饮料储罐中的支架构件和螺旋板,并且所述加热装置为内设在该支架构件的电热器。
9.根据权利要求7所述的饮料冷却装置,其中,
所述饮料流动引导装置包括设置在所述饮料储罐中的支架构件,并且温水储罐与所述支架构件通过管道彼此连接,从而能够向支架构件供给温水。
