Abstract
Un refrigerador para enfriar una bebida incluye un receptáculo configurado para contener un fluido de intercambio de calor y una bobina evaporadora dispuesta dentro del receptáculo. La bobina evaporadora incluye una pluralidad de serpentines configurados para circular un refrigerante, y proyecciones que se extienden desde una superficie exterior de uno o más de la pluralidad de serpentines. El refrigerador incluye además una bobina de refrigeración dispuesta en el receptáculo, en donde la bebida se configura para fluir a través de la bobina de refrigeración. Cuando se circula el refrigerante a través de la pluralidad de serpentines de la bobina evaporadora, se forma un banco de fluido de intercambio de calor congelado en los serpentines y en las proyecciones.
