Claims (14)
- 駆動装置(14)によって駆動される切断装置(11)を有する造粒機(10)であって、
前記駆動装置(14)は、造粒機ハウジング(13)に収容され、
前記切断装置(11)は、前記造粒機ハウジング(13)に取外し可能に接続され且つ前記造粒機ハウジング(13)から取り去ることができるモジュールハウジング(20)に収容され、
前記切断装置(11)は、切離し可能な結合部(16)を介して前記駆動装置(14)に接続され、
前記切断装置(11)は、前記モジュールハウジング(20)と一緒に、ユニットとして、前記造粒機ハウジング(13)から取り去ることができる、ことを特徴とする造粒機(10)。 - 駆動装置(15)によって駆動され、材料ストランド(S)を前記切断装置(11)へ供給できる搬送装置(12)が設けられ、
前記搬送装置(12)は、前記モジュールハウジング(20)に収容され、前記モジュールハウジング(20)と一緒に、ユニットとして、前記造粒機ハウジング(13)から取り去ることができる、請求項1に記載の造粒機。 - 前記搬送装置(12)は、切離し可能な結合部(17)を介して前記駆動装置(15)に接続される、請求項2に記載の造粒機。
- 前記材料ストランド(S)と接触する全ての構成要素が、前記モジュールハウジング(20)上に、またはその中に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の造粒機。
- 前記搬送装置(12)が、回転式に駆動される駆動ホイール(26)と圧力ローラ(25)とを有し、それらの間で前記材料ストランド(S)が移動可能である、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の造粒機。
- 前記圧力ローラ(25)が、ばね負荷の下、前記駆動ホイール(26)に対して引っ張られる、請求項5に記載の造粒機。
- 前記圧力ローラ(25)にかかる前記ばね負荷が調整可能である、請求項6に記載の造粒機。
- 前記駆動ホイール(26)は、その周囲面に構造化部分(30)を有する、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の造粒機。
- 前記切断装置(11)は、周囲に分散された複数の切断歯(24)を有する回転式に駆動される切断ホイール(23)を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の造粒機。
- 前記切断装置(11)および/または前記搬送装置(12)が、前記モジュールハウジング(20)の内側(34)に収容され、前記内側がカバー(22)によって閉鎖可能である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の造粒機。
- 前記カバー(22)は、前記結合部(16、17)から見て外方に向くモジュールハウジング(20)の側に配置される、請求項10に記載の造粒機。
- 前記切断装置(11)の前記切離し可能な結合部(16)が少なくとも1つの係合ピン(28)を有し、前記係合ピンは前記結合部(16)の受部(32)に導入できる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の造粒機。
- 前記搬送装置(12)の前記切離し可能な結合部(17)が少なくとも1つの係合ピン(29)を有し、前記係合ピンは前記結合部(17)の受部(31)に導入できる、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の造粒機。
- 前記切離し可能な結合部(16、17)の少なくとも1つが位置決めピン(27)を有し、前記位置決めピンは位置決め受部(33)に導入できる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の造粒機。
