Abstract
Description
‐タンクから蓄圧器へ添加剤を運ぶ少なくとも1つのポンプ、
‐蓄圧器にある添加剤を配量して供給するように設計された配量バルブ、および
‐蓄圧器にある添加剤をタンクに戻るよう導くことができるリターンバルブ。
a)配量要求を検出するステップ、
b)蓄圧器内の圧力を高めるために、ポンプを作動させるステップ、
c)蓄圧器内の圧力を配量圧力に調節するステップ、および
d)配量装置を通じて添加剤を投与するステップ。

Claims (9)
- 液体の添加剤を供給する配量装置(1)の作動方法であって、配量装置(1)は、タンク(3)から蓄圧器(4)へ添加剤を運ぶ少なくとも1つのポンプ(2)と、蓄圧器(4)にある添加剤を配量して供給するように設計された配量バルブ(5)と、蓄圧器(4)にある添加剤をタンク(3)に戻るよう導くことができるリターンバルブ(6)と、を少なくとも有し、前記方法は、以下のステップ:
a)配量要求を検出するステップ;
b)蓄圧器(4)の圧力を高めるために、ポンプ(2)を作動させるステップ;
c)蓄圧器(4)の圧力を配量圧力(8)に調節するステップ;および
d)配量バルブ(5)を通じて添加剤を投与するステップ、
を少なくとも備える、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、方法ステップa)〜d)が、配量装置(1)の作動の間、ループ状に繰り返し行われる、方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法であって、ステップc)での圧力の調節のため、リターンバルブ(6)が開かれる、方法。
- 請求項1〜3の1項に記載の方法であって、少なくともステップc)およびd)が少なくとも部分的に互いに平行して進行する、方法。
- 請求項1〜4の1項に記載の方法であって、方法ステップd)の後に、以下の方法ステップ:
e)蓄圧器(4)の圧力を低下させるステップ、
が行われる、方法。 - 請求項1〜5の1項に記載の方法であって、リターンバルブ(6)が、開口圧力が配量圧力に対応するパッシブ開口のバルブである、方法。
- 請求項1〜5の1項に記載の方法であって、リターンバルブ(6)が、バルブドライブ(19)を有するアクティブ開口のバルブであり、ステップc)で蓄圧器(4)の圧力を配量圧力(8)に調節するために、圧力センサ(20)が蓄圧器(4)に配置され、リターンバルブ(6)が、バルブドライブ(19)を用いて、コントロールユニット(21)により制御される、方法。
- 請求項1〜7の1項に記載の方法であって、ポンプ(2)が、ポンプ室(7)と、少なくとも1つのポンプ弁(8)と、を有し、ポンプ弁(8)は、供給方向(12)を事前に定義する、方法。
- 自動車(9)であって、内燃機関(10)と、内燃機関(10)の排ガスの浄化用の排ガス処理装置(11)と、配量装置(1)と、を有し、配量装置(1)により、液体の添加剤が排ガス処理装置(11)に供給されることができ、配量装置(1)は、請求項1〜8の1項に記載の方法に従った作動用に、調整され、設計される、自動車。
