Claims (10)
- 還元剤を還元剤タンク(2)から自動車両(5)の内燃機関(4)の排ガス処理装置(3)内に送給するための送給装置(1)の作動方法であって、前記内燃機関(4)の作動中に、前記送給装置(1)の通気プロセス(22)が少なくとも間欠的に起こり、以下のステップ:
a)通気プロセス(22)を登録するステップ;
b)あらかじめ設定された時間間隔(16)でタイミングユニット(6)を起動させておよび/またはあらかじめ設定された全流量(26)で流量加算ユニット(25)を起動させるステップ;
c)現在の前記時間間隔(16)が経過するのを待っておよび/または前記あらかじめ設定された全流量(26)まで達するのを待つステップ;および、
d)通気プロセス(22)を実行するステップ;
が少なくとも実行される、方法。 - 以下のイベント(24):
前記自動車両(5)のあらかじめ決められた走行状態の発生;
前記還元剤タンク(2)におけるあらかじめ決められた充填レベル(7)および/またはあらかじめ決められた充填レベルの変化の発生;
前記送給装置(1)の最初の始動;
前記内燃機関(4)の作動の開始;
フィルタ(8)の、または前記送給装置(1)の他のコンポーネントの交換;および、
前記還元剤タンク(2)内のおよび/または前記送給装置(1)内の凍結還元剤の融解;
のうちの少なくとも1つが起こる場合、少なくとも1つの付加的な通気プロセス(22)が実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記送給装置(1)は、前記還元剤タンク(2)から前記排ガス処理装置(3)まで延びる送給ライン(9)を有し、および、前記送給ライン(9)から分岐して前記還元剤タンク(2)内に開口する戻りライン(10)を有し、前記送給装置(1)の前記通気プロセス(22)中に、還元剤は前記送給ライン(9)および前記戻りライン(10)を通って循環される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記時間間隔(16)および/または前記全流量(26)は、以下のパラメータ:
前記還元剤タンク(2)の充填レベル(7);
前記還元剤の温度;
前記排ガス処理装置(3)に供給される還元剤の単位時間当たりの流量;
前記自動車両(5)の速度;
前記自動車両(5)の前記内燃機関(4)の回転速度;および、
外気温度;
のうちの少なくとも1つの関数として変化する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記内燃機関(4)の作動中のフェーズのみが時間間隔(16)に向けてカウントされる、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 時間間隔(16)は、少なくとも5分そして多くても2時間持続する、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 全流量(26)は、少なくとも100ミリリットルそして多くても2リットルに達する、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記排ガス処理装置(3)は、還元剤のための貯蔵容積(11)を有し、そして、前記通気プロセス(22)の前に、還元剤の増加した量は前記貯蔵容積(11)を還元剤で満たすために送給される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記送給装置(1)の通気プロセス(22)が起こると共に、還元剤の前記送給は中断される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 還元剤を還元剤タンク(2)から排ガス処理装置(3)内へ送給するための送給装置(1)であって、前記還元剤タンク(2)から前記排ガス処理装置(3)まで延びる送給ライン(9)を有し、および、前記還元剤を送給するためのポンプ(13)を有し、前記送給装置(1)の範囲内に圧力センサが設けられない、送給装置(1)。
