Claims (10)
- 車両フレーム(62)の両側に縦方向に延在するように配置された1対の板ばね(61)を有する車両サスペンションであって、各板ばね(61)が、荷重条件下で前記板ばね(61)の長さ変化を補償するために、第1の位置で前記フレームに堅く取り付けられた第1のブラケット(63)によって前記車両に枢動可能に接続された第1端と、第2の位置で前記フレーム(62)に堅く取り付けられた第2のブラケット(64)に枢動可能に接続されたばね吊り手(65)によって前記車両フレーム(62)に接続された第2端とを有し、前記サスペンションが、更に、各板ばね(61)にその第1端と第2端の中間位置で取り付けられた前記車両フレーム(62)の横方向に延在する車軸(66)と、前記車軸(66)と前記車両フレーム(62)との間に取り付けられたダンパ手段とを有し、前記板ばね(61)の少なくとも上側板ばねが、前記フレーム(62)の方に延在する凸状部分(70)を有する放物線状ばねであり、前記凸状部分(70)が、前記第1端と前記中間位置の間にある、車両サスペンション。
- 前記板ばね(61)がそれぞれ、凸状部分(70)を有する放物線状ばねのスタックを含む、請求項1に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記凸状部分(70)が、前記板ばね(61)の前記第1端の近くにある、請求項1または2に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記板ばね(61)が、前記凸状部分(70)と前記中間位置の間に反曲点を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のサスペンション。
- 前記上側板ばね(61)の凸状部分(70)の前記上側面は、前記板ばね(61)がその中立位置にあるときに、前記第1のブラケット(63)における第1端目と、前記ばね吊り手(65)における第2端目との間の基準線(DL)と同じかそれより高い高さにある、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のサスペンション。
- 前記中間位置における前記上側板ばね(61)の前記上側面が、前記基準線(DL)より所定の第1の距離(B)だけ低い位置にあり、凸状部分(70)の前記上側面が、前記中間位置における前記板ばね(61)の位置より所定の第2の距離(C)だけ高い位置にあり、前記第2の距離が、C≧0.75Bとして定義される、請求項5に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記第1端目と前記中間位置が、前記板ばね(61)の縦方向に所定の長さ(A)だけ離され、前記第1の距離(B)が、B>A/16として定義される、請求項5または6に記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ダンパ手段が、空気圧ベローズなどの空気ばねである、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のサスペンション。
- 前記ダンパ手段が、サスペンションストラットである、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のサスペンション。
- 前記車両が、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のサスペンションを備えた車両。
