Abstract

本发明公开了一种板弹簧及四通换向阀,在板弹簧的长度两端各设有一个向下凸出的端侧压部,所述板弹簧在两端侧压部之间沿长度方向设有至少一个向下凸出的中间压部,所述中间压部的底面高于端侧压部底面。本发明不仅使板弹簧的刚度得以增强,而且滑块的受力点增多,使滑块受力均匀,有利于避免电磁四通换向阀出现内泄露。

一种板弹簧及四通换向阀
技术领域
本发明涉及四通换向阀。
背景技术
热泵式空调的电磁四通阀,主要包括电磁线圈、导阀、主阀三部分组成,其中的零部件(板弹簧)的作用主要是变形时产生弹力挤压滑块,使滑块与主阀座贴合,减少内泄漏。
板弹簧预先安装在滑块表面,导向架压在板弹簧上表面,同时固定导向架,板弹簧因变形产生弹力把滑块压在主阀座面上,使滑块与主阀座面贴合。
目前常用的普通电磁四通换向阀的板弹簧只有长度两端的两个端侧压部,其存在的缺点为:压力不均匀,容易造成内泄露。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种板弹簧及四通换向阀,使板弹簧与滑块之间压力更均匀,避免电磁四通换向阀出现内泄漏。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种板弹簧,在板弹簧的长度两端各设有一个向下凸出的端侧压部,所述板弹簧在两端侧压部之间沿长度方向设有至少一个向下凸出的中间压部,所述中间压部的底面高于端侧压部底面。
作为优选,所述中间压部的横截面呈V型。
作为优选,所述中间压部底面高于端侧压部底面1mm-8mm。
作为优选,所述中间压部的横截面两侧边的夹角为30-60度。
作为优选,所述中间压部的数量为两个以上,所述两个以上中间压部的底面高度相同。
本发明还提供了一种四通换向阀,包括滑块、导向架,在滑块与导向架之间安装有上述的板弹簧。
本发明的板弹簧在两端侧压部之间沿长度方向设有至少一个向下凸出的中间压部,变两个压点为三个压点甚至更多压点,板弹簧的压点刚好在滑块的四周。这样增加了压点,不仅使板弹簧的刚度得以增强,而且滑块的受力点增多,使滑块受力均匀,有利于避免电磁四通换向阀出现内泄露。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种板弹簧1,在板弹簧1的长度两端各设有一个向下凸出的端侧压部11,所述板弹簧1在两端侧压部11之间沿长度方向设有至少一个向下凸出的中间压部12,中间压部12的底面高于端侧压部11底面。
如图2所示,以在两端侧压部11之间设置一个压点为例,中间压部12沿长度方向的横截面呈V型,板弹簧1沿长度方向的横截面大致M形。
另外,板弹簧1整体高度为4mm,所述中间压部底面高于端侧压部底面1mm-2mm,中间压部横截面两侧边的夹角为30-60度,优选为45度,以使中间压部12有较高的强度。
此外,本发明中,板弹簧可以增加任意数的压点,即中间压部的数量为两个以上,而且两个以上中间压部的底面高度相同。
如图3所示,四通换向阀用支架包括滑块2、导向架3,在滑块2与导向架3之间安装有上述的板弹簧1。在板弹簧1发生变形时,板弹簧1长度两端的端侧压部11首先受压并与滑块2作用,然后中间压部12再与两端的端侧压部11一起与滑块2作用,板弹簧1变形产生的弹力把滑块2压在主阀座面上,在不改变板弹簧1的压力模式下,通过改变板弹簧1的结构,使板弹簧1压在滑块2上的压点增多,使滑块2受力更加均匀,减少了产品的内泄露。

1.一种板弹簧,在板弹簧的长度两端各设有一个向下凸出的端侧压部,其特征在于:所述板弹簧在两端侧压部之间沿长度方向设有至少一个向下凸出的中间压部,所述中间压部的底面高于端侧压部底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板弹簧,其特征在于:所述中间压部的横截面呈V型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种板弹簧,其特征在于:所述中间压部底面高于端侧压部底面1mm-2mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种板弹簧,其特征在于:所述中间压部的横截面两侧边的夹角为30-60度。
5.根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的一种板弹簧,其特征在于:所述中间压部的数量为两个以上,所述两个以上中间压部的底面高度相同。
6.一种四通换向阀,包括滑块、导向架,其特征在于:在滑块与导向架之间安装有权利要求1至5任意一项所述的板弹簧。
