Abstract
Description
中空体;
中空体内に強固に取付けられる受け溝;
中空体を通して取付けられる伝達部品;
伝達部品に接続し、受け溝内に選択的に取付けられ、各フレームが、その中に挿入される複数の容器を有する複数のフレーム;
対応するフレームに接続し、選択的に振動させる複数の発振装置;及び
中空体内に取付けられる超音波機構
を含む、超音波発振器を開発した。

Claims (6)
- 中空体;
前記中空体内に強固に取付けられる受け溝;
前記中空体を通して取付けられる伝達部品;
前記伝達部品に接続し、前記受け溝内に選択的に取付けられ、各フレームが、該フレーム内に挿入される複数の容器を有する複数のフレーム;
対応するフレームに接続し、選択的に振動させる複数の発振装置;及び
前記受け溝に取付けられる超音波機構
を含む、超音波発振器。 - 前記伝達部品は、前記中空体の上部に取付けられる油圧シリンダ;前記油圧シリンダに接続され、前記受け溝を選択的に密封するカバー;及び前記中空体の上部及びカバーを通り振動可能な状態で取付けられ、前記油圧シリンダに接続される支持ロッドを含み;前記フレームは其々前記支持ロッドに掛けられる、請求項1に記載の超音波発振器。
- 前記各発振装置は、前記対応する支持ロッドに強固に取付けられる平歯車;前記中空体に取付けられるモータ;及び該モータによって駆動され、前記平歯車に選択的に噛み合う偏心歯車を含む、請求項2に記載の超音波発振器。
- 前記カバーに取付けられる真空ポンプを更に含み、前記カバーは、該カバーに取付けられる放圧装置を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の超音波発振器。
- 前記受け溝に取付けられる噴霧機構を更に含み、前記受け溝は、該受け溝の底部に取付けられ、前記中空体の外に突出する排出用パイプを有する、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の超音波発振器。
- 前記受け溝に取付けられる噴霧機構を更に含み、前記受け溝は、該受け溝の底部に取付けられ、前記中空体の外に突出する排出用パイプを有する、請求項4に記載の超音波発振器。
