- 前記コンタクト部材(110,210)が銅又は銅合金からなり、錫、銀、又は錫合金や銀合金でコーティングされた請求項2に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(100,200)。
- 前記接触表面(120,220,300,400,500)は、凸部(310,410,510)及び凹部(320,420,520)を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(100,200)。
- 少なくとも1個の凹部(320,420,520)に潤滑剤が配置された請求項4に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(100,200)。
- 前記微細構造(150)は、少なくとも部分的に周期的構造を形成する請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(100,200)。
- 前記周期的構造は、少なくとも1つの方向に1μm乃至100μmの範囲内の周期長(331,421,511)を有する請求項6に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(100,200)。
- 前記微細構造(150)は、鱗片状構造(330)を有する請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(100,200)。
- 前記微細構造(150)は、前記接触表面(120,220,300,400,500)のレーザ又は電子ビーム処理作業によって生成される請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(100,200)。
- 前記コンタクト部材(110)はコンタクトピンである請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(100)。
- 前記コンタクト部材(210)はコンタクトスプリングである請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の電気プラグコネクタ(200)。
