Abstract
Description
少なくとも一つの音響パワー変換機と一つのキャビテーション要素とを備える反応チャンバ内に使用済み苛性アルカリを導入するステップと、
少なくとも一つの音響パワー変換機からの超音波で使用済み苛性アルカリを処理するステップと、
オゾンを含むガス混合物を反応チャンバ内に供給し、キャビテーション要素を使用してオゾンを含むガス混合物を使用済み苛性アルカリ中に分配するステップとを含み、
使用済みの硫化物含有苛性アルカリが、オゾンを含むガス混合物で変換され、硫化物を含まない無機イオウ化合物が形成される。
本方法は、柔軟に適用することができ、顧客の要求及び/又は単位時間に処理する使用済み苛性アルカリの量に容易に適応することができる。
Claims (13)
- 硫化物の化学変換を介する使用済みの硫化物含有苛性アルカリを処理するための方法であって、以下のステップ:すなわち、
少なくとも一つの音響パワー変換機(22)と一つのキャビテーション要素(20)とを備える反応チャンバ(18)内に使用済み苛性アルカリを導入するステップと、
少なくとも一つの音響パワー変換機(22)からの超音波で使用済み苛性アルカリを処理するステップと、
オゾンを含むガス混合物を反応チャンバ内に供給し、キャビテーション要素(20)を使用してオゾンを含むガス混合物を使用済み苛性アルカリ中に分配するステップとを含み、
使用済みの硫化物含有苛性アルカリが、オゾンを含むガス混合物で変換され、硫化物を含まない無機イオウ化合物が形成される、方法。 - pH値が8〜14、好ましくは9〜12の使用済み苛性アルカリが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 超音波処理が、400〜1500kHzで実施されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 使用済みの硫化物含有苛性アルカリが、オゾンを含むガス混合物を添加する前に超音波で処理されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- オゾンを含むガス混合物が、酸素/オゾン混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 硫化物が、20〜40℃でオゾンを用いて変換されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 使用済みの硫化物含有苛性アルカリの温度を測定及び評価して、使用済み苛性アルカリに供給されるオゾンの量を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 一つチャンバの後ろに他のチャンバが並べられているいくつかの反応チャンバで実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 超音波処理、及びオゾンを用いた変換が、周囲の圧力で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ガス混合物が、変換ステップ後に、硫化物を含む使用済み苛性アルカリから排出され、一つ又は複数の接触変換機を通過して未変換オゾンを分解し及び/又はイオウを含む化合物、特に硫化水素をさらに酸化することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 使用済み苛性アルカリが、苛性ソーダであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 硫化物を含まない無機イオウ化合物が、基本的にスルファートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 使用済みの硫化物含有苛性アルカリ用の供給タンク(10)と供給タンクに流体連結した反応チャンバ(18)とを備え、反応チャンバが少なくとも一つの音響パワー変換機(22)と機械的なキャビテーション要素(20)とを備え、オゾンを含むガス用の供給ユニット(24)が反応チャンバ内に設けられている、本発明の方法を実施するための装置であって、一つ又は複数の温度センサー(26)と、使用済み苛性アルカリの温度に応じて反応チャンバに供給されるオゾンを含むガスの量を制御するための、温度センサー(26)及び供給ユニット(24)に連結した制御ユニット(27)とをさらに備えることを特徴とする装置。
