Claims (12)
1. Postupak za obradu istrošenog tekućeg kaustičnog otpada koji sadrži sulfid preko kemijske konverzije sulfida, pri čemu postupak sadrži slijedeće korake:
uvođenje istrošenog tekućeg kaustičnog otpada u reakcijsku komoru (18) koja se sastoji od barem jednog akustičnog pretvarača snage (22) i jednog kavitacijskog elementa (20),
obradu istrošenog tekućeg kaustičnog otpada s ultrazvukom iz barem jednog akustičnog pretvarača snage (22),
dovođenje plinske smjese koja sadrži ozon u reakcijsku komoru i raspoređivanje plinske smjese koja sadrži ozon u istrošeni tekući kaustični otpad korištenjem kavitacijskog elementa (20),
pri čemu se istrošeni tekući kaustični otpad koji sadrži sulfid pretvara s plinskom smjesom koja sadrži ozon, tvoreći ne-sulfidne, anorganske spojeve koji nose sumpor, naznačen time da se temperatura istrošenog tekućeg kaustičnog otpada koji sadrži sulfid mjeri i procjenjuje radi kontrole količine ozona koji se dovodi u istrošeni tekući kaustični otpad.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se koristi istrošeni tekući kaustični otpad s pH vrijednosti od između 8 i 14, poželjno od 9 do 12.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da se ultrazvučna obrada provodi kod 400 do 1500 kHz.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevima 1 do 3, naznačen time da se istrošeni tekući kaustični otpad koji sadrži sulfid obrađuje s ultrazvukom prije dodavanja plinske smjese koja sadrži ozon.
5. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da plinska smjesa koja sadrži ozon je smjesa kisik/ozon.
6. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da se sulfidi konvertiraju s ozonom kod 20 do 40° C.
7. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da se postupak provodi u nekoliko reakcijskih komora koje su postavljene jedna iza druge.
8. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da se ultrazvučna obrada i konverzija sa ozonom provode pri tlaku okoline.
9. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da se plinska smjesa ispušta iz istrošenog tekućeg kaustičnog otpada sa sulfidima nakon koraka konverzije i prolazi kroz jedan ili više katalitičkih konvertera radi razbijanja nepretvorenog ozona i/ili radi dodatnog oksidiranja spojeva koji sadrže sumpor, naročito sumporovodika.
10. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da istrošeni tekući kaustični otpad je kaustična soda.
11. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su anorganski spojevi sumpora koji sadrže ne-sulfidne, uglavnom sulfati.
12. Uređaj za provođenje postupka prema ovom izumu sa dovodnim spremnikom (10) za istrošeni tekući kaustični otpad koji sadrži sulfid i reakcijsku komoru (18) spojenu u smislu strujanja s dobavnim spremnikom, pri čemu reakcijska komora sadrži barem jedan akustični pretvarač snage (22) i mehanički kavitacijski element (20) i pri čemu je dobavna jedinica (24) za plin koji sadrži ozon je predviđena u reakcijskoj komori, naznačen time da uređaj nadalje sadrži jedan ili više temperaturnih senzora (26) i kontrolnu jedinicu (27) spojene na temperaturni(e) senzore (26) i dobavnu jedinicu (24) za kontroliranje količine plina koji sadrži ozon koji se dobavlja u reakcijsku komoru u ovisnosti o temperaturi istrošenog tekućeg kaustičnog otpada.
