Abstract
Description
[1.シートの製造]
30重量%のポリメチルメタクリレートと70重量%のメチルメタクリレートとの混合物よりなるメチルメタクリレートシロップ100重量部と、水酸化アルミニウム400重量部と、t−ブチルペルオキシネオデカノエート0.2重量部と、t−アミルペルオキシ2−エチルヘキサノエート0.3重量部と、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート3重量部と、ノルマルドデシルメルカプタン0.2重量部と、消泡剤としてのBYK555(ビックケミー社製、ドイツ)0.2重量部と、カップリング剤としてのBYK900(ビックケミー社製、ドイツ)0.75重量部と、紫外線安定(吸収)剤としてのHisorp−P(LG化学社製)0.2重量部と、を含む原料スラリーに顔料0.3重量部を混合して単一色の樹脂顔料組成物を製造した。
シート状に製造されたコンパウンドにロールコーターを用いて約1mmの厚さに原料をコーティングした。このとき、コーティング原料としては、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂100重量部と、t−ブチルヒドロペルオキシブチレート1.0重量部と、充填剤としてのシリカ100重量部と、離型剤としてのジンクステアレート10重量部と、を混合したものを用いた。コーティングされたシートは温度120℃に予熱された金型に投入し、圧力15kg/cm2に成形して脱型した後に、冷却することにより高硬度人造代理石を製造した。
これにより、硬度に優れたシリカ(シリカ)成分よりなる原料が表面にコーティングされ且つ成形されて鉛筆硬度が7H〜8Hレベルであり、既存のキャスティング製品の5Hよりも優れた耐傷付き硬度が確保された。
Claims (12)
- 表面層の原料が、鉛筆硬度が7〜9の化合物であることを特徴とする人造代理石。
- 前記鉛筆硬度が7〜9の化合物は、シリカ及びシリコンカーバイドよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人造代理石。
- 前記鉛筆硬度が7〜9の化合物の含量は、樹脂100重量部に対して50〜300重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人造代理石。
- 前記シリカの粒径が1〜30μmであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人造代理石。
- (a)人造代理石原料を練るステップと、
(b)練られた原料をシートにするステップと、
(c)2種以上のシートを別途のニーダーに投入して混練するステップと、
(d)パール顔料を投入して混練するステップと、
(e)混練された原料をシート状にするステップと、
(f)シートに鉛筆硬度が7〜9の化合物をコーティングするステップと、
(g)コーティングされたコンパウンドを金型に投入し、成形、脱型及び冷却を行うステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする人造代理石の製造方法。 - 前記鉛筆硬度が7〜9の化合物は、シリカ及びシリコンカーバイドよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人造代理石の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(a)における人造代理石原料は、アクリル系樹脂10〜50重量%及びアクリル系単量体50〜90重量%を含むアクリル系樹脂シロップ100重量部に対して、無機充填物200〜500重量部と、架橋剤0.2〜5重量部と、架橋促進剤0.2〜3重量部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人造代理石の製造方法。
- アクリル系単量体は、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、ベンジルメタクリレート及びグリシジルメタクリレートよりなる群から選ばれるメタクリレート単量体単独または2種以上の混合物であり、アクリル系樹脂は、前記アクリル系単量体の重合体1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人造代理石の製造方法。
- 無機充填物は、酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、アルミン酸カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、シリカ粉末及びアルミナよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人造代理石の製造方法。
- 架橋剤は、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ジエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、テトラエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジメタクリレート、ポリブチレングリコールジメタクリレート及びネオペンチルグリコールジメタクリレートよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人造代理石の製造方法。
- 架橋促進剤は、ベンゾイルペルオキシド、ジクミルペルオキシド、ブチルヒドロペルオキシド、クミルヒドロペルオキシド、t−ブチルペルオキシマレイン酸、t−ブチルヒドロペルオキシド、t−ブチルヒドロペルオキシブチレート、アセチルペルオキシド、ラウロイルペルオキシド、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル、アゾビスジメチルバレロニトリル及びt−ブチルペルオキシネオデカノエート及びt−アミルペルオキシ2−エチルヘキサノエートよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人造代理石の製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(g)における成形圧力は5〜50kg/cm2であり、成形温度は30〜150℃であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアクリル系人造代理石の製造方法。
