Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有高硬度的合成大理石及其制造方法,并且更具体地,涉及一种具有高硬度的合成大理石及其制造方法,其中,因为在制造合成大理石的方法中包括在片材上涂覆高硬度材料二氧化硅的工序,所以用于所制造的合成大理石表面的原料是二氧化硅,从而因为由于高硬度的固体表面而导致不会被划伤,所以合成的大理石不易被污染,并且容易清洗。
背景技术
在一般情况下,丙烯酸类树脂制造的人造大理石已被广泛用作柜台和各种内部装饰材料,因为它提供了漂亮的外观和出色的加工性,并且比天然大理石更轻巧,并具有高强度。然而,合成大理石的问题在于由于表面硬度低而导致很容易污染,特别是,由于划伤部分的污染而难以清洗。
丙烯酸类合成大理石一般通过以下步骤制备:将填料(如氢氧化铝、碳酸钙和二氧化硅)、颜料和固化剂混合入通过混合单体(如甲基丙烯酸甲酯)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制成的浆料中,然后在模具和连续钢带上浇铸并硬化混合物。
在这种情况下,使用颜料和碎片以显示形状和颜色。所述碎片的主要成分与合成大理石基本相同。通过加入单一颜色的颜料,以合成大理石相同的制备过程制造所述碎片,然后将其粉碎以具有不同的颜色和颗粒尺寸。
在现有技术中,因为合成大理石通过浇铸后再打磨其表面的方法制造,需要涂覆合成大理石的表面以增加其表面硬度的附加过程。因此,根据现有技术的合成大理石有制造费用增加的问题。

因此,本发明致力于解决在现有技术中出现的上述问题,并且本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有耐擦伤性和高硬度的合成大理石及其制造方法。
本发明的上述和其它目的、特征和优点将通过与附图结合的本发明的优选实施方式的以下详细描述而更为明显。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有表面层的合成大理石,所述表面层的原材料是具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物。
在另一个方面,本发明提供了一种制造合成大理石的方法,包括以下步骤:(a)捏合合成大理石的原料;(b)将捏合的材料制成片材;(c)在捏合机中放入并研磨至少两种类型的片材;(d)放入并研磨珠光颜料;(e)将研磨的材料制成片材;(f)在所述片材上涂敷具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物;以及(g)在模具中填充并浇铸涂覆的复合物,脱模并冷却所形成的产品。
有益效果
如图1所示,根据本发明的合成大理石用具有高硬度的二氧化硅材料涂覆并浇铸成型,使之具有7H到8H的铅笔硬度,从而确保耐划伤性和硬度大于具有5H硬度的现有铸造产品。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图对本发明的优选实施方式详细地进行说明。
在根据本发明的合成大理石中,表面层的原料是具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物。
所述具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物为选自二氧化硅和碳化硅中的至少一种,优选为二氧化硅。
相对于100重量份的树脂,所述具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物的含量优选为50重量份至300重量份。
还优选的是,二氧化硅的粒径为1μm至30μm。
此外,根据本发明的制造合成大理石的方法包括以下步骤:(a)捏合合成大理石的原料;(b)将捏合的材料制成片材;(c)在捏合机中放入并研磨至少两种类型的片材;(d)放入并研磨珠光颜料;(e)将研磨的材料制成片材;(f)在所述片材上涂敷具有7至9的铅笔硬度的复合物;以及(g)在模具中填充并浇铸涂覆的复合物,脱模并冷却所形成的产品。
将更详细地说明根据本发明的制造合成大理石的方法。制造合成大理石的方法包括以下步骤:(a)捏合合成大理石的原料;(b)将捏合的材料制成片材;(c)在捏合机中放入并研磨至少两种类型的片材并且研磨片材以形成混合状态的大理石图案;(d)放入并研磨珠光颜料;(e)将研磨的材料制成片材;(f)在所述片材上薄薄地涂敷具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物;(g)将涂覆的复合物填充在模具中;(h)压力浇铸复合物;(i)浇铸产品脱模;(j)冷却所形成的产品;以及(k)打包冷却的产品。
在捏合原料的步骤(a)中,捏合原料的理由是为了提高材料的粘度以实现最佳条件,而在(b)的步骤中,将捏合的材料制成片材的原因是为了容易地将其填充在模具中并浇铸。
相对于100重量份的丙烯酸类树脂浆,在步骤(a)的合成大理石的原料由200至500重量份的无机填料,0.2至5重量份的交联剂,和0.2至3重量份的交联促进剂组成,所述丙烯酸类树脂浆由10至50%(重量)的丙烯酸类树脂和50至90重量%的丙烯酸类单体组成。
优选的是,本发明中使用的丙烯酸类树脂浆的可聚合单体为丙烯酸类单体。详细地讲,所述丙烯酸类树脂浆为选自甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸苄酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯中的甲基丙烯酸酯单体或选自甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸苄酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯中的至少两种的复合物,或者甲基丙烯酸酯单体和其中甲基丙烯酸酯单体部分聚合的聚合物的复合物,优选为甲基丙烯酸甲酯。优选地,在所述树脂浆中聚合物的含量为10至50%(重量)。
在本发明中使用的无机填料为选自在本领域常用的无机颗粒,如氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、铝酸钙、碳酸钙、硅石粉、氧化铝等中的一种或由选自本领域常用的无机颗粒,如氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、铝酸钙、碳酸钙、硅石粉、氧化铝等中的两种或更多种材料组成的复合物。考虑到树脂的分散性,产品机械强度的改进,和预防沉淀,优选无机填料的粒径为3μm至200μm,并且优选具有用硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或硬脂酸盐处理的表面。相对于100重量份的树脂浆,所述无机填料的理想含量为200至500重量份。如果无机填料的含量低,则因比重的差异会导致珠光颜料在一个方向上聚集,但如果无机填料的含量太高时,可模塑性和加工性变差。
在本发明中使用的交联剂为多官能丙烯酸类单体,在分子中提供可聚合双键并与丙烯酸类树脂浆交联,并且所述交联剂为选自二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸二(乙二醇)酯、二甲基丙烯酸四(乙二醇)酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二甲基丙烯酸1,6-己二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸聚丁二醇酯和二甲基丙烯酸新戊二醇酯中的一种,或者由选自二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸二(乙二醇)酯、二甲基丙烯酸四(乙二醇)酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二甲基丙烯酸1,6-己二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸聚丁二醇酯和二甲基丙烯酸新戊二醇酯中的两种或更多种材料组成的复合物,并且优选为二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯。
如果不使用交联剂或交联剂使用过少,则表面不均匀,因材料之间的低粘合力而在合成大理石的上部和下部形成气泡,并且耐热性和耐变色性变差。如果使用的交联剂过多,则因碎片的相分离可能在合成大理石的图案上出现许多问题。因此,相对于100重量份的树脂浆,优选交联剂的含量为0.2至5重量份。如果交联剂的含量小于0.2重量份,浇铸周期变长从而降低生产率,而如果交联剂的含量超过5重量份,则因急剧硬化可能形成裂纹。
在本发明中使用的交联促进剂为选自二酰基过氧化物(如过氧化苯甲酰和二枯基过氧化物)、氢化过氧化物(如丁基过氧化氢和枯基氢化过氧化物)、叔丁基过氧马来酸、叔丁基氢化过氧化物、叔丁基氢化过氧丁酸酯、过氧化乙酰、过氧化月桂酰、偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮双二甲基戊腈、叔丁基过氧新癸酸酯和叔戊基过氧-2-乙基己酸酯中的一种或者由选自二酰基过氧化物(如过氧化苯甲酰和二枯基过氧化物)、氢化过氧化物(如丁基过氧化氢和枯基氢化过氧化物)、叔丁基过氧马来酸、叔丁基氢化过氧化物、叔丁基氢化过氧丁酸酯、过氧化乙酰、过氧化月桂酰、偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮双二甲基戊腈、叔丁基过氧新癸酸酯和叔戊基过氧-2-乙基己酸酯中的两种或更多种材料组成的复合物。此外,可使用胺过氧化物与磺酸的混合物或过氧化物与钴化合物的混合物在室温下进行聚合和硬化。相对于100重量份的树脂浆,优选交联促进剂的含量为0.2至3重量份,并且交联促进剂与聚合促进剂一起使用。
此外,自由基载体为硫醇化合物,例如正十二烷基硫醇、叔十二烷基硫醇、苄基硫醇和三甲基苄基硫醇。相对于100重量份的树脂浆,优选该自由基载体的含量为0.1至5重量份。
在本发明中使用的成色手段没有特别限定,可以使用通常作为合成大理石成分的有机或无机涂料或颜料。此外,对于珠光颜料,可以使用各种颜料,例如金颜料、银颜料、铜颜料、铝颜料、珠光颜料等。
除上述之外,作为通常已知用于合成大理石的添加剂,复合物可以进一步包括选自以下中的一种或多种添加剂:硅系或非硅系消泡剂;基于硅烷、基于酸或基于钛酸酯的偶联剂,其主要成分是三甲氧基硅烷;基于苯基水杨酸酯、二苯甲酮、基于苯并三唑、基于镍衍生物、基于自由基清除剂的紫外线吸收剂;基于卤素、基于磷或基于无机金属的阻燃剂;基于硬脂或基于硅的脱模剂;基于儿茶酚或基于氢醌的聚合抑制剂;和基于酚、基于胺、基于醌、基于硫或基于磷的抗氧化剂。
在浇铸工序中,浇铸压力为5至50kg/cm2并且浇铸温度为30至150℃。如果浇铸压力小于5kg/cm2,则复合物不能浇铸成型,而如果浇铸压力大于5kg/cm2,则产生过多毛刺。
通过上述制造方法制造的合成大理石的铅笔硬度大于7H,优选地在7H至8H的范围内。
虽然本发明已参照其示例性实施方式具体示出并进行了描述,但本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,在不脱离如下面权利要求所限定的本发明的实质和范围的情况下,可以做出在形式和细节上的各种变化。
[实施例]
1、片材的制备
通过将0.3重量份的颜料混合入原料浆液中而制备单一颜色的树脂颜料复合物,所述原料浆液由下列组分构成:100重量份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯浆料构成,其包括由30%(重量)的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和70%(重量)的甲基丙烯酸甲酯组成的复合物;400重量份的氢氧化铝;0.2重量份的叔丁基过氧新癸酸酯;0.3重量份的叔戊基过氧-2-乙基己酸酯;3重量份的二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯;0.2重量份的正十二烷基硫醇;0.2重量份的消泡剂,BYK555(BYK-Chemie公司,德国),0.75重量份的偶合剂,BYK900(BYK-Chemie公司,德国);和0.2重量份的紫外线吸收剂,Hisorp-P(LG化学公司)。
2、合成大理石的制备
用辊涂机将制成的片材状态的复合物涂至厚度约1mm。在这种情况下,用于涂层的材料的含量为100重量份不饱和聚酯树脂、1.0重量份的叔丁基过氧化氢丁酸酯、100重量份作为填料的二氧化硅、10重量份作为脱模剂的硬脂酸锌,并且材料混合在一起并涂敷。涂覆的片材装入预热至120℃的模具中,并在15kg/cm2的压力下浇铸。除去模板后,冷却浇铸的产品,从而获得具有高硬度的合成大理石。
3、评价
如上所述,涂覆和浇铸由具有高硬度的固体表面的二氧化硅构成的原料,由此获得7H至8H的铅笔硬度,因此根据本发明的合成大理石可以确保优于具有5H硬度的现有浇铸产品的耐擦伤性和高硬度。
Claims (12)
1.一种具有表面层的合成大理石,所述表面层的原材料是具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成大理石,其特征在于,所述具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物为选自二氧化硅和碳化硅中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的合成大理石,其特征在于,相对于100重量份的树脂,所述具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物的含量为50重量份至300重量份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的合成大理石,其特征在于,所述二氧化硅的粒径为1μm至30μm。
5.一种制造合成大理石的方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)捏合合成大理石的原料;
(b)将捏合的材料制成片材;
(c)在捏合机中放入并研磨至少两种类型的片材;
(d)放入并研磨珠光颜料;
(e)将研磨的材料制成片材;
(f)在所述片材上涂敷具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物;和
(g)在模具中填充并浇铸涂覆的复合物,脱模并冷却所形成的产品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制造合成大理石的方法,其特征在于,所述具有7至9铅笔硬度的复合物为选自氧化硅和碳化硅中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制造合成大理石的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(a)中,相对于100重量份的丙烯酸类树脂浆,所述合成大理石的原料由200至500重量份的无机填料、0.2至5重量份的交联剂和0.2至3重量份的交联促进剂组成,所述丙烯酸类树脂浆由10至50%(重量)的丙烯酸类树脂和50至90重量%的丙烯酸类单体组成。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制造合成大理石的方法,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸类单体为选自甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸苄酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯中的甲基丙烯酸酯单体或由选自甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸苄酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯中的两种或更多种材料组成的复合物,并且所述丙烯酸类树脂为一种或多种所述丙烯酸类单体的聚合物。
9.根据权利要求5所述的制造合成大理石的方法,其特征在于,所述无机填料为选自氧化铝、氢氧化镁、铝酸钙、碳酸钙、硅粉和氧化铝中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求5所述的制造合成大理石的方法,其特征在于,所述交联剂为选自二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸二(乙二醇)酯、二甲基丙烯酸四(乙二醇)酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二甲基丙烯酸1,6-己二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸聚丁二醇酯和二甲基丙烯酸新戊二醇酯中的一种,或者由选自二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸二(乙二醇)酯、二甲基丙烯酸四(乙二醇)酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二甲基丙烯酸1,6-己二醇酯、二甲基丙烯酸聚丁二醇酯和二甲基丙烯酸新戊二醇酯中的两种或更多种材料组成的复合物。
11.根据权利要求5所述的制造合成大理石的方法,其特征在于,所述交联促进剂为选自过氧化苯甲酰、二枯基过氧化物、丁基过氧化氢、枯基氢化过氧化物、叔丁基过氧马来酸、叔丁基氢化过氧化物、叔丁基氢化过氧丁酸酯、过氧化乙酰、过氧化月桂酰、偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮双二甲基戊腈、叔丁基过氧新癸酸酯和叔戊基过氧-2-乙基己酸酯中的一种或者由选自过氧化苯甲酰、二枯基过氧化物、丁基过氧化氢、枯基氢化过氧化物、叔丁基过氧马来酸、叔丁基氢化过氧化物、叔丁基氢化过氧丁酸酯、过氧化乙酰、过氧化月桂酰、偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮双二甲基戊腈、叔丁基过氧新癸酸酯和叔戊基过氧-2-乙基己酸酯中的两种或更多种材料组成的复合物。
12.根据权利要求5所述的制造合成大理石的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(g)中,浇铸压力为5至50kg/cm2并且浇铸温度为30至150℃。
