Claims (14)
- 燃料電池と高電圧バッテリーを含む電源の電力を利用する燃料電池車両の安全システムにおいて、
前記電源と電力負荷を連結する電力配線に配置される電力スイッチと、
前記電力配線とシャーシとの間の絶縁抵抗を測定する絶縁抵抗測定器と、
前記絶縁抵抗測定器で測定した絶縁抵抗測定値に基づいて前記電力スイッチの作動を制御する制御部と、
を含み、
前記絶縁抵抗測定値が基準抵抗値以下であれば、前記制御部は安全モードに進入し、前記電力スイッチがターンオフして前記電力負荷に供給する電力を遮断する、燃料電池車両の安全システム。 - 水素タンクと前記燃料電池を連結する水素供給ラインに配置され、前記制御部の制御により開閉する第1バルブ、
をさらに含み、
前記絶縁抵抗測定値が前記基準抵抗値以下であれば、前記第1バルブが完全に閉じられて前記燃料電池に供給する水素を遮断する、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の安全システム。 - 空気ブロワと前記燃料電池を連結する空気供給ラインに配置され、前記制御部の制御により開閉する第2バルブ、
をさらに含み、
前記絶縁抵抗測定値が前記基準抵抗値以下であれば、前記第2バルブが完全に閉じられて前記燃料電池に供給する空気を遮断する、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の安全システム。 - 前記燃料電池車両の衝突を感知して衝突信号を前記制御部に伝達する衝突感知部、
をさらに含み、
前記衝突が感知されれば、前記制御部は前記安全モードに進入する、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の安全システム。 - 燃料電池と高電圧バッテリーを含む電源の電力を利用する燃料電池車両の安全システムにおいて、
前記電源と電力負荷を連結する電力配線に配置される電力スイッチと、
前記電力配線とシャーシとの間の絶縁抵抗を測定する絶縁抵抗測定器と、
前記燃料電池車両の速度を感知する車速感知部と、
前記絶縁抵抗測定器で測定した絶縁抵抗測定値および前記燃料電池車両の速度に基づいて前記電力スイッチの作動を制御する制御部と、
を含み、
前記絶縁抵抗測定値が基準抵抗値以下であり、前記燃料電池車両の速度が基準速度以下であれば、前記制御部は安全モードに進入し、前記電力スイッチがターンオフして前記電力負荷に供給する電力を遮断する、燃料電池車両の安全システム。 - 水素タンクと前記燃料電池を連結する水素供給ラインに配置され、前記制御部の制御により開閉する第1バルブ、
をさらに含み、
前記絶縁抵抗測定値が前記基準抵抗値以下であり、前記燃料電池車両の速度が基準速度以下であれば、前記第1バルブが完全に閉じられて前記燃料電池に供給する水素を遮断する、請求項5に記載の燃料電池車両の安全システム。 - 空気ブロワと前記燃料電池を連結する空気供給ラインに配置され、前記制御部の制御により開閉する第2バルブ、

前記絶縁抵抗測定値が前記基準抵抗値以下であり、前記燃料電池車両の速度が基準速度以下であれば、前記第2バルブが完全に閉じられて前記燃料電池に供給する空気を遮断する、請求項5に記載の燃料電池車両の安全システム。 - 前記燃料電池車両の衝突を感知して衝突信号を前記制御部に伝達する衝突感知部、

前記衝突が感知されれば、前記制御部は前記安全モードに進入する、請求項5に記載の燃料電池車両の安全システム。 - 燃料電池と高電圧バッテリーを含む電源の電力を利用する燃料電池車両の安全システムを制御する方法において、
絶縁抵抗測定器から絶縁抵抗測定値の入力を受けるステップと、
前記絶縁抵抗測定値と基準抵抗値を比較するステップと、
前記比較結果により安全モードに進入するか否かを決めるステップと、
前記安全モードに進入すれば、前記電源から電力負荷に供給する電力を遮断するステップと、
を含む、燃料電池車両の安全システム制御方法。 - 前記絶縁抵抗測定値が前記基準抵抗値以下であれば、前記安全モードに進入する、請求項9に記載の燃料電池車両の安全システム制御方法。
- 前記安全モードに進入すれば、水素タンクから前記燃料電池に供給する水素を遮断するステップ、
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の燃料電池車両の安全システム制御方法。 - 前記安全モードに進入すれば、空気ブロワから前記燃料電池に供給する空気を遮断するステップ、
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の燃料電池車両の安全システム制御方法。 - 衝突感知部から入力される衝突信号に基づいて衝突が感知されれば、前記安全モードに進入するステップ、
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の燃料電池車両の安全システム制御方法。 - 前記燃料電池車両の速度と基準速度を比較するステップ、

前記安全モードに進入するか否かを決めるステップでは、
