Abstract
Description
先端部に感熱部を有する棒状の感熱素子を用意する工程と、
前記感熱部を金型のキャビティ内に配置する工程と、
前記キャビティ内に樹脂材料を射出して前記感熱部を覆う保護部を成形する工程と、
前記保護部が形成された前記先端部を前記金型から離型する工程と、
を備えている。
Claims (9)
- 被検者の呼吸気の温度変化を検出する温度センサの製造方法であって、
先端部に感熱部を有する棒状の感熱素子を用意する工程と、
前記感熱部を金型のキャビティ内に配置する工程と、
前記キャビティ内に樹脂材料を射出して前記感熱部を覆う保護部を成形する工程と、
前記保護部が形成された前記先端部を前記金型から離型する工程と、
を備えている、製造方法。 - 前記感熱部は、熱電対を構成する一対の金属線の接合部、サーミスタ、および測温抵抗体のいずれかであり、
前記樹脂材料は、前記感熱素子の長手方向に沿って前記キャビティ内へ射出される、
請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記感熱部が複数の線材を含む場合において、前記感熱素子は、当該複数の線材を束ねる筒状部材を備えており、
前記先端部を前記キャビティ内に配置する際に、前記筒状部材の先端縁が前記キャビティ内に配置されるようにする、
請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記金型のパーティング面は、前記キャビティを区画する部分において前記感熱素子の長手方向と平行に延びている、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 被検者の呼吸気の温度変化を検出する温度センサであって、
先端部に感熱部を有する棒状の感熱素子と、
前記感熱部を覆い、線痕が形成された樹脂製の保護部と、
を備えている、温度センサ。 - 前記感熱部は、熱電対を構成する一対の金属線の接合部、サーミスタ、および測温抵抗体のいずれかであり、
前記保護部の先端には切断痕が形成されている、
請求項5に記載の温度センサ。 - 前記感熱部が複数の線材を含む場合において、前記棒状の感熱素子は、当該複数の線材を束ねる筒状部材を備えており、
前記筒状部材の先端縁は、前記保護部に覆われている、
請求項6に記載の温度センサ。 - 前記線痕は、前記感熱素子の長手方向と平行な面内を延びている、
請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の温度センサ。 - 当該被検者の呼吸気を通過させる通気路を有する部材に対して装着可能な接続部を備えている、
請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の温度センサ。
