Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード2と、ダイオード2に結合されたヒートシンク3と、LEDを少なくとも発光方向に覆うLEDカバー5とを備えた防爆性LEDモジュール1において、LEDカバー5はヒートシンク3の挿入凹部内に延びる。挿入凹部内では、LEDカバー5は、外部の潜在的に爆発性の雰囲気に対してLEDをシールする注型材料7によって取り囲まれている。こうして比較的簡単に、予め製作された部品から費用効果的に短時間に防爆性LEDモジュールを製造することができ、同時に、防爆性LEDモジュールは、発火防止クラス「本質安全防爆」に従って十分な冷却作用、且つ発火防止クラス「注型カプセル封止」に従って構成部分の埋め込みが可能になる。

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード(2)(LED)と、前記LED(2)に結合されたヒートシンク(3)と、前記LEDを少なくとも発光方向(4)に覆うLEDカバー(5)とを備えた防爆性LEDモジュール(1)であって、
前記LEDカバー(5)は、前記ヒートシンク(3)の挿入凹部(6)内に延びていて、外部に対してLEDがシールされた状態で、注型材料(7)によって前記挿入凹部(6)内で取り囲まれており、
前記ヒートシンク(3)が、少なくとも前記ヒートシンクの長手方向(10)に延びる嵌め込み凹部(11)を有しており、
前記LEDボード(8)は、前記嵌め込み凹部(11)内の冷却面(12)上に載置されており、
前記LEDカバー(5)が、前記ヒートシンク(3)に固定するための挿入凹部(6)の方向に突出した複数の挿入エレメント(13)を有し、
前記LEDカバー(5)は、前記挿入凹部(6)の方向に突出する周縁部(22)を有し、
前記挿入エレメント(13)が前記周縁部(22)から突出していることを特徴とする、
防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 複数のLED(2)又は単一のLEDが、LEDボード(8)上に配列されていて、ボード長手方向(9)に互いに離間していることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 前記LEDボード(8)の全てのLEDに対して、単一部品又は複数部品のLEDカバー(5)が形成されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1又は2に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 前記ヒートシンク(3)が、前記LEDボード(8)の全てのLEDのために形成されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - ヒートシンク長手方向(10)の両側の少なくとも所定の場所で、前記冷却面(12)が挿入凹部(6)に取り囲まれていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 前記挿入エレメント(13)は、係止エレメント(14)を有するように形成されており、前記係止エレメントは、前記挿入凹部(6)内部に設けられた相補係止エレメント(15)と係合することを特徴とする、
請求項5に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 前記相補係止エレメント(15)は、対応する数の係止凹部によって、又は少なくとも、1つの係止凹部によって形成されており、前記係止凹部は、前記ヒートシンク長手方向(10)に対して実質的に垂直に突出していることを特徴とする、
請求項6に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 前記挿入凹部(6)は、前記相補係止エレメント(15)の方向に変化する断面(17)及び方向変化経路(18)の両方又は一方を有していることを特徴とする、
請求項6又は7に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 前記ヒートシンク(3)内の前記LEDボード(8)の両長手方向端部(20,21)に注型凹部(19)が形成されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 前記LEDカバー(5)は、前記LEDから離れる方向に凸状に湾曲するLED接続部(23)を有していることを特徴とする、
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 前記LED接続部は、LEDのためのレンズシステムとして形成されているか、又は前記レンズシステムを含むことを特徴とする、
請求項10に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 前記ヒートシンク(3)が、前記ヒートシンク長手方向(10)に対して横断方向に2つの側方端部(24,25)を有しており、前記側方端部が鉛直方向に対して傾斜して延びており、
それぞれの側方端部(24,25)には、LEDカバー(5)及び注型材料(7)と共にLEDボード(8)が配置されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。 - 前記ヒートシンクが2つ又は3つ以上の部分から組み立てられていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の防爆性LEDモジュール。
