Abstract
【解決手段】液体を吐出するインナーロータ及びアウターロータを収容するポンプ室11bがポンプ室形成面11fに凹陥形成され、ポンプ室形成面11fにおいてポンプ室11bの周囲にOリング溝11iが形成されたハウジングと、Oリング溝11iに取り付けられるOリングと、ポンプ室形成面11fに取り付けられ、Oリングと密着して、ポンプ室11bを閉塞するプレートと、を有し、ポンプ室形成面11fにおいてOリング溝11iの周囲には、ポンプ室形成面11fの外縁に連通する穴間溝11dが凹陥形成されている。

Description
このように構成されたポンプ100では、ハウジング11とプレート15の間に塩水が侵入したとしても、ポンプ室形成面11fの外縁に連通している穴間溝11d(排出凹部)から雨水が侵入して、ハウジング11とプレート15の間に有る塩分が雨水によって洗い流されるので、ハウジング11とプレート15の間において塩分が残留しない。このため、ハウジング11とプレート15の間に残留する塩分に起因する錆の発生が防止され、サイドクリアランスの増大に起因する容積効率の悪化が防止される。
以上説明した実施形態では、穴間溝11dは、ポンプ室形成面11fの外縁に連通している。しかし、穴間溝11dが、ポンプ室形成面11fの外縁に連通していない実施形態であっても差し支え無い。このような実施形態であっても、排水溝11kはポンプ室形成面11fの外縁に連通しているので、ポンプ室形成面11fの外縁に連通している排水溝11kから雨水が侵入して、ハウジング11とプレート15の間に有る塩分が雨水によって洗い流される。
Claims (7)
- 液体を吐出する回転部材を収容するポンプ室がポンプ室形成面に凹陥形成され、前記ポンプ室形成面において前記ポンプ室の周囲にOリング溝が形成されたハウジングと、
前記Oリング溝に取り付けられるOリングと、
前記ポンプ室形成面に取り付けられ、前記Oリングと密着して、前記ポンプ室を閉塞するプレートと、を有し、
前記ポンプ室形成面において前記Oリング溝の周囲には、前記ポンプ室形成面の外縁に連通する排出凹部が一周凹陥形成されているポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ室形成面には、前記ハウジングと前記プレートを取り付けるボルトが挿通する通し穴が形成され、
前記排出凹部は、前記通し穴と、前記通し穴間を接続する穴間溝から構成されている請求項1に記載のポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ室形成面には、前記通し穴から前記ポンプ室形成面の外縁に連通する排水溝が凹陥形成されている請求項2に記載のポンプ。
- 前記穴間溝は、前記通し穴に近づくに従って幅寸法が小さくなっている請求項2又は請求項3項に記載のポンプ。
- 前記プレートは、他の部材に取り付けられる請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
- 前記排出凹部は、前記ポンプ室形成面の外縁の少なくとも2箇所に連通している請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
- 前記排出凹部は、下方に開口している請求項6に記載のポンプ。
