Abstract
Description
本発明に係る三次元造形物の製造方法は、モデル材となるインクを吐出するモデル材吐出工程を含み、上記モデル材の少なくとも一部となるインクとして、光が照射されることで硬化し、光が照射されてから8時間後の硬度が互いに異なる、少なくとも二種類の光硬化型インクを用い、上記モデル材吐出工程では、上記モデル材を吐出する対象物上に、上記二種類の光硬化型インクにより形成されるドットが混在するように吐出する。なお、光が照射されてから8時間後の硬度が互いに異なるインクは、光が照射されてから8時間後の柔軟性、伸び率も互いに異なる。
本発明に係る三次元造形物は、光が照射されてから8時間後の硬度が互いに異なる、少なくとも二種類の光硬化型インクでモデル材の少なくとも一部が形成されている。
LF−140 硬さ:H〜3H、柔軟性:140%
LF−200 硬さ:HB〜H、柔軟性:200%
LUS−150 硬さ:H〜3H、柔軟性:150%
LUS−200 硬さ:HB〜H、柔軟性:200%

Claims (4)
- モデル材となるインクを吐出するモデル材吐出工程を含み、
上記モデル材の少なくとも一部となるインクとして、光が照射されることで硬化し、光が照射されてから8時間後の硬度が互いに異なる、少なくとも二種類の光硬化型インクを用い、
上記モデル材吐出工程では、上記モデル材を吐出する対象物上に、上記二種類の光硬化型インクにより形成されるドットが混在するように吐出することを特徴とする三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 上記モデル材は、造形部と、当該造形部を加飾する加飾部とを備え、上記造形部を上記少なくとも二種類の光硬化型インクによって形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 上記三次元造形物は、複数の部位から形成されるものであり、
上記モデル材吐出工程では、上記二種類の光硬化型インクを吐出する際に、上記複数の部位のうち少なくとも二つの部位において、上記二種類の光硬化型インクの混合比率を互いに異ならせて吐出し形成することを特徴とする請求項1及び請求項2に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 光が照射されてから8時間後の硬度が互いに異なる、少なくとも二種類の光硬化型インクでモデル材の少なくとも一部が形成されている三次元造形物。
