Abstract
Description
以下、本発明にかかる制御装置を車載主機として回転機及び内燃機関を備える車両に適用した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
続くステップS16では、現在の目標回転速度Ntgt(n)から現在の実回転速度Nf(n)を減算することで、判定用偏差Δnjを算出する。ここで、上記実回転速度Nf(n)は、フィルタ11dによってノイズ成分が除去された実回転速度である。
以下、第2実施形態について、先の第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図6に示すように、反映係数Kの設定手法を変更する。なお、図6において、先の図3に示した処理と同一の処理については、便宜上、同一のステップ番号を付している。
以下、第3実施形態について、先の第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図7に示すように、モータジェネレータ30の回転速度制御手法を変更する。なお、図7において、先の図2に示した処理と同一の処理については、便宜上、同一の符号を付している。また、本実施形態では、フィルタ11dを第1フィルタと称すこととする。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (8)
- 車両の走行駆動源となる回転機(30)に適用され、
前記回転機の目標回転速度に基づき、前記回転機に対する指令トルクを算出する指令トルク算出手段(11c)と、
所定時間あたりの前記目標回転速度の変化量、及び前記回転機を含む回転体のイナーシャに基づき、前記回転機の実回転速度を前記目標回転速度に追従させるための補正トルクを算出する補正トルク算出手段(11e)と、
前記補正トルク算出手段によって算出された補正トルクで前記指令トルクを補正する補正手段(11f)と、
前記補正手段によって補正された指令トルクに基づき、前記回転機を駆動する駆動手段(11h)と、
前記目標回転速度と前記実回転速度との差が減少する方向に前記目標回転速度が変化する場合、前記補正手段において前記指令トルクに反映する前記補正トルクを減少させる反映量修正手段と、を備えることを特徴とする回転機の制御装置。 - 前記反映量修正手段は、現在の前記目標回転速度から前記実回転速度を減算した値を、現在の前記目標回転速度から前回の前記目標回転速度を減算した値で除算した値を、前記補正トルクを修正するための反映係数として設定する反映係数設定手段を含み、
前記反映係数設定手段は、前記反映係数が負の値になる場合に前記反映係数を0に設定し、
前記反映量修正手段は、前記補正トルクに前記反映係数を乗算することで、前記補正トルクを減少させる請求項1記載の回転機の制御装置。 - 前記目標回転速度にその変化をなます処理を施した値を、指令回転速度として算出する指令値算出手段(11i)をさらに備え、
前記補正トルク算出手段は、所定時間あたりの前記指令回転速度の変化量、及び前記イナーシャに基づき、前記補正トルクを算出し、
前記反映量修正手段は、現在の前記目標回転速度から前記実回転速度を減算した値を、現在の前記目標回転速度から前回の前記指令回転速度を減算した値で除算した値を、前記補正トルクを修正するための反映係数として設定する反映係数設定手段を含み、
前記反映係数設定手段は、前記反映係数が負の値になる場合に前記反映係数を0に設定し、
前記反映量修正手段は、前記補正トルクに前記反映係数を乗算することで、前記補正トルクを減少させる請求項1記載の回転機の制御装置。 - 前記反映量修正手段は、前記補正トルクを修正するための反映係数を設定する反映係数設定手段を含み、
前記反映係数設定手段は、前記目標回転速度及び前記実回転速度に基づき、前記目標回転速度と前記実回転速度との差が増大する方向に前記目標回転速度が変化すると判断した場合に前記反映係数を1に設定し、前記目標回転速度と前記実回転速度との差が減少する方向に前記目標回転速度が変化する場合に前記反映係数を0に設定し、
前記反映量修正手段は、前記補正トルクに前記反映係数を乗算することで、前記補正トルクを減少させる請求項1記載の回転機の制御装置。 - 前記反映係数設定手段は、前記実回転速度から変動成分を除去した値を前記反映係数の設定に用いる請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の回転機の制御装置。
- 前記補正手段によって補正された指令トルクがその上限値を超える場合、前記指令トルクを前記上限値で制限する制限手段(11g)をさらに備える請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の回転機の制御装置。
- 前記回転機の回転軸(31)には、前記回転機の回転軸と内燃機関(20)の出力軸(21)とを締結及び切断する伝達手段(CL1)が設けられ、
前記伝達手段が締結されている状態と前記伝達手段が切断されている状態とで、前記補正トルクの算出に用いる前記イナーシャの値を切り替える切替手段をさらに備える請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の回転機の制御装置。 - 前記指令トルク算出手段は、前記実回転速度を前記目標回転速度にフィードバック制御するための操作量として、前記指令トルクを算出し、
前記補正トルク算出手段は、前記実回転速度を前記目標回転速度に追従させるためのフィードフォワード操作量として、前記補正トルクを算出する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の回転機の制御装置。
