Claims (10)
- 液晶層、一対の配向層、第1の電極セット及び第2の電極セットを含み、
前記一対の配向層は前記液晶層の両側に位置し、
前記第1の電極セットは、第1の透明絶縁層及び第1の電極層を含み、前記一対の配向層のうちの一方の配向層に貼付され、
前記一方の配向層は前記液晶層と前記第1の電極セットとの間に位置し、
前記第2の電極セットは第2の透明絶縁層、第2の電極層及び誘電体膜を含み、
前記第2の電極層は円孔電極を含み、
前記誘電体膜は前記第2の透明絶縁層に貼付され、
前記円孔電極は前記誘電体膜を露出し、
前記第2の透明絶縁層は前記第2の電極層と前記一対の配向層のうちの他方の配向層との間に位置し、
前記円孔電極及び前記第1の電極層には駆動電圧がそれぞれ印加されることを特徴とする液晶レンズ構造。 - 前記誘電体膜の誘電係数は400〜1000であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶レンズ構造。
- 前記第1の電極層は少なくとも一つの環状電極を含み、
前記環状電極は前記円孔電極の中に位置し、
前記円孔電極及び前記環状電極は、同一の中心を有すると共に、相互に電気的に絶縁し、
前記環状電極はフローティングされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶レンズ構造。 - 前記第1の電極層は円形電極を含み、
前記円形電極は前記環状電極の中に位置し、
前記円孔電極、前記環状電極及び前記円形電極は、同一の中心を有すると共に、相互に電気的に絶縁し、
前記円形電極はフローティングされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液晶レンズ構造。 - 前記環状電極は複数個であり、
前記円孔電極、複数の前記環状電極及び前記円形電極は、同一の中心を有すると共に、相互に電気的に絶縁し、
複数の前記環状電極はフローティングされ、
隣接する二つの環状電極同士の間のピッチは5μm〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶レンズ構造。 - 前記円孔電極の内縁と隣接する前記環状電極の外縁との間のピッチ及び前記円形電極と隣接する前記環状電極の内縁との間のピッチは5μm〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶レンズ構造。
- 外部電源により駆動される液晶レンズ構造であって、
液晶層、一対の配向層、第1の電極セット及び第2の電極セットを含み、
前記一対の配向層は前記液晶層の両側に位置し、
前記第1の電極セットは、第1の透明絶縁層及び第1の電極層を含み、前記一対の配向層のうちの一方の配向層に貼付され、
前記一方の配向層は前記液晶層と前記第1の電極セットとの間に位置し、
前記第2の電極セットは第2の電極層及び第2の透明絶縁層を含み、
前記第2の電極層は円孔電極、複数の環状電極、及び円形電極を含み、
前記円孔電極、前記複数の環状電極、及び前記円形電極は、同一の中心を有すると共に、相互に電気的に絶縁し、
前記複数の環状電極は前記円孔電極の中に位置し、
各前記環状電極は前記円形電極を囲繞し、
前記第2の透明絶縁層は前記第2の電極層と前記一対の配向層のうちの他方の配向層との間に位置し、
前記円孔電極及び前記第1の電極層には駆動電圧がそれぞれ印加され、
前記複数の環状電極及び前記円形電極はフローティングされることを特徴とする液晶レンズ構造。 - 前記第2の電極セットは誘電体膜を含み、
前記誘電体膜は、前記第1の電極層と前記第1の透明絶縁層との間に位置すると共に、前記第1の透明絶縁層に貼付され、
前記誘電体膜の誘電係数は400〜1000であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶レンズ構造。 - 前記円孔電極の内縁と隣接する前記環状電極の外縁との間のピッチ及び前記円形電極と隣接する前記環状電極の内縁との間のピッチは5μm〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶レンズ構造。
- 隣接する二つの環状電極同士の間のピッチは5μm〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶レンズ構造。
