Description
供給装置により間隙の進入領域内に材料を投入するステップ、および間隙内でまたは材料が間隙を通過した後で材料をシート状の支持材料上に施すステップを含んでおり、かつ
供給装置のすべての吐出地点および供給された材料が回転する材料盛上部と接触するすべての地点が、間隙の長手の延びに直交して配置された、間隙のうち材料盛上部に塞がれ得る進入領域の長手の延びEを画定する平面内に直接的にまたは平面からの距離Dで存在し、
その際、Dの最大値Dmaxが、間隙のうち材料盛上部に塞がれ得る進入領域の長手の延びの10%であることを特徴とする。
施すべき材料として、下記のような組成の反応性ポリアクリラート融体を用いた。
接着樹脂(Dertophene(登録商標)T110、DRT社) 30m%
架橋樹脂(Polypox(登録商標)R20、UPPC AG社) 0.6m%
活性化剤(Epikure(登録商標)3223、HEXION社) 0.3m%
材料投入量: 51kg/h
材料の密度: 1.04g/cm3
シート速度(ロール3): 17m/min
材料塗布量: 100g/m2
表面速度 ロール1 0m/min
表面速度 ロール2 3m/min
表面速度 ロール3 17m/min
3つの相次ぐ横断プロファイルから平均値を求めることによる標準偏差sの決定、シートを横切ってそれぞれ20個の測定点:

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの要素Aを含み、要素Aがもう1つの要素Bと共に間隙を成しており、間隙の前で材料がせき止められ、かつ要素Aが要素Bに対し、回転する材料盛上部が形成されて材料が間隙内に運ばれるように相対的に移動するコーティング装置により、シート状の支持材料上に、複素粘度(プレート・プレート型レオメータ;25℃)が0.1Pas(100rad)〜106Pas(0.1rad)の材料をコーティングするための方法であって、
供給装置により間隙の進入領域内に材料を投入するステップにおいて、
供給装置のすべての吐出地点および供給された材料が回転する材料盛上部と接触するすべての地点が、間隙の長手の延びに直交して配置された、間隙のうち材料盛上部に塞がれ得る進入領域の長手の延びEを画定する平面内にまたは平面からの距離Dで存在し、
その際、Dの最大値Dmaxが、間隙のうち材料盛上部に塞がれ得る進入領域の長手の延びEの10%であることを特徴とするステップ、および
間隙内でまたは材料が間隙を通過した後で材料をシート状の支持材料上に施すステップを含む方法。 - 供給装置のすべての吐出地点が、材料盛上部の表面より下にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 間隙の長手の延びの両端にそれぞれ供給装置の少なくとも1つの吐出口があり、その際、前記供給装置のすべての吐出地点が、間隙の長手の延びに直交して配置された、間隙のうち材料盛上部に塞がれ得る進入領域の長手の延びEを画定する平面から最大でDmax離れていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 単位時間当たりの材料投入量が、コーティングによって運び去られる材料の量より多くないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- コーティング装置の要素Aが回転するロールであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- コーティング装置が、ロールカレンダ、多ロール塗布装置、ドクターブレード、ロール・オーバー・ロール塗布装置、または平滑化装置であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- コーティング装置がロールカレンダであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 方法が接着テープの製造方法であり、材料が感圧接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
