Abstract
本発明は、ポリエチレンやポリプロピレンなどの極性の低いオレフィン系樹脂フィルムに対する転移性、密着性に優れ、且つ耐傷付き性、硬化性に優れる活性エネルギー線硬化型インキ組成物およびその印刷物を提供。
【解決手段】
光重合性アクリレートモノマー、バインダー樹脂、光重合開始剤およびオルガノポリシロキサンを含有する活性エネルギー線硬化型インキであって、光重合開始剤が、(A)α−アミノアルキルフェノン化合物および(B)アシルフォスフィンオキサイド化合物ならびに(C)ジアルキルアミノベンゾフェノン化合物および/またはチオキサントン化合物であり、数平均分子量が70,000以上600,000未満であるオルガノポリシロキサンを含有することを特徴とする活性エネルギー線硬化型インキおよび前記活性エネルギー線硬化型インキにより印刷された印刷物。

このため、オレフィン系樹脂フィルムに対する密着性、転移性を有し、且つ硬化不良、傷付き等の印刷トラブルの生じにくい活性エネルギー線硬化性インキが求められている。
光重合開始剤が
(A)α−アミノアルキルフェノン化合物
(B)アシルフォスフィンオキサイド化合物
並びに
(C)ジアルキルアミノベンゾフェノン化合物および/またはチオキサントン化合物
であり、
数平均分子量が70,000以上600,000未満であるオルガノポリシロキサンを含有する活性エネルギー線硬化型インキに関する。
バインダー樹脂としてポリエステル樹脂を用い、光重合性モノマーとしては、表1、2記載の1〜3官能アクリレートモノマーを用いた。ポリエステル樹脂と、1〜3官能アクリレートモノマーとを、昇温加熱混合し、樹脂比率を30〜50重量%比率で溶解させ、ワニスを作成した。
ワニスと、光重合性アクリレートモノマー、着色顔料、光重合開始剤、ポリオルガノシロキサン、粉体ワックス、その他添加剤を表1記載の配合割合にて、バタフライミキサーを用いて攪拌混合し、3本ロールにて最大粒径が7.5μm以下になるように分散してインキ組成物を作成し、且つスプレッドメーターにて一定の粘度規格と成るよう調整し、各インキ組成物を作成した。
PPフィルム(出光スーハ゜ーヒ゜ュアレイSG140)に、作成各インキ組成物を所定の量、RIテスター(簡易印刷転写装置)を使用して印刷塗工し、160W/cmのメタルハライドランプにて所定の照射量にて照射して、インキ組成物を硬化し、比較評価用印刷サンプルを作成した。
PPフィルム(出光スーハ゜ーヒ゜ュアレイSG140)に、作成各インキ組成物を所定の量、RIテスター(簡易印刷転写装置)を使用して印刷塗工し、160W/cmのメタルハライドランプにて所定の照射量にて照射して、インキ組成物を硬化して、比較評価用印刷サンプルを作成した。PPとの密着性をセロハンテープ剥離試験行い以下の基準で評価した。

○ …全く剥離しない
○△…一部剥離がある
△ …半分程度剥離している
△×…一部剥離しないで残っている
× …全て剥離
密着性評価と同様の方法で比較評価用印刷サンプルを作成し、ベタ部のインキの着肉性を5段回評価した。
(評価基準)
○ …全面に一様にインキが転移している
○△…一部転移ムラがある
△ …転移ムラが多い
△×…一部分のみ転移している
× …全く転移しない
密着性評価と同様の方法で比較評価用印刷サンプルを作成し、爪での擦りで評価した。
(評価基準)
○ …こすれなし
○△…表層こすれ
△ …中間層こすれ
△×…底部こすれ
× …塗膜なし
PPフィルム(出光スーハ゜ーヒ゜ュアレイSG140)に、作成各インキ組成物を所定の量、RIテスター(簡易印刷転写装置)を使用して印刷塗工し、100W/cmのメタルハライドランプを使用し、コンベア速度(m/分)を変化させながら、紫外線を照射し、表面を指で触ってタックの有無を確認し、タックが無い最速のコンベア速度を「硬化性」とし、下記評価基準に基づいて評価を行った。ここで、コンベア速度の速いもの、すなわち、照射光量が少ないものほど表面硬化性が良好なるものであると判断できる。

Claims (9)
- 光重合性アクリレートモノマー、バインダー樹脂、光重合開始剤およびオルガノポリシロキサンを含有する活性エネルギー線硬化型インキにおいて、
光重合開始剤が
(A)α−アミノアルキルフェノン化合物
(B)アシルフォスフィンオキサイド化合物
並びに
(C)ジアルキルアミノベンゾフェノン化合物および/またはチオキサントン化合物
であり、
数平均分子量が70,000以上600,000未満であるオルガノポリシロキサンを含有する活性エネルギー線硬化型インキ。 - オルガノポリシロキサンが、ジメチルポリシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型インキ。
- (A)α−アミノアルキルフェノン化合物が、2−ベンジル−2−ジメチルアミノ−1−(4−モルフォリノフェニル)−ブタノン−1、2−ジメチルアミノ−2−(4−メチル−ベンジル)−1−(4−モルフォリン−4−イル−フェニル)−ブタン−1−オンおよび2−メチル−1−[4−(メチルチオ)フェニル]−2−モルフォリノプロパン−1−オンから選択される1種類以上の化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1また2記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型インキ。
- (B)アシルフォスフィンオキサイド化合物が、2、4、6−トリメチルベンゾイル−ジフェニルフォスフィンオキサイドおよび/またはビス(2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル)−フェニルフォスフィンオキサイドであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型インキ。
- (C)チオキサントン化合物が、2,4−ジエチルチオキサントン、2,4−ジメチルチオキサントン、2,4−ジクロロチオキサントン、1−クロロ−4−プロピルチオキサントンおよび2−クロロチオキサントンおよび2−イソプロピルチオキサントンから選択される1種類以上の化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型インキ。
- (C)ベンゾフェノン化合物が、4,4'−ビス−(ジエチルアミノ)ベンゾフェノンおよび/または4−ベンゾイル−4'−メチルジフェニルスルフィドであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型インキ。
- さらに、第三級アミン化合物((A)α−アミノアルキルフェノン化合物および(C)ベンゾフェノン化合物を除く。)を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれか記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型インキ。
- 第三級アミン化合物((A)α−アミノアルキルフェノン化合物および(C)ベンゾフェノン化合物を除く。)が、芳香族第三級アミン化合物((A)α−アミノアルキルフェノン化合物および(C)ベンゾフェノン化合物を除く。)であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型インキ。
- 請求項1〜8いずれか記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型インキを、基材に印刷してなる印刷物。
