- 前記導電性コーティング材料は導電性酸化物又は導電性ポリマーである、請求項6に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記導電性酸化物はインジウム亜鉛酸化物であり、又は導電性ポリマーはPEDOTである、請求項7に記載の電気化学セル。
