Abstract
【解決手段】作用面12と称する第1の表面12、第1の表面12と実質的に平行な第2の表面12、及び第1の表面12と第2の表面12との間にペレット形成用の複数の通し穴3を有するダイ11と、シャフト周りに回転可能な少なくとも2つのローラ14,15とを備えており、ローラ14,15とダイ11は互いに相対運動が可能であるとともに、ローラ14,15は、ペレット化される材料をダイ11の通し穴3を通じて押圧するための作用押圧面16,17を有しており、各ローラ14,15の作用押圧面16,17の幅はダイ11の作用面12の幅よりも小さい、ローラ押出しによるペレット化装置。

Claims (8)
- − 作用面(12,22,32,42)と称する第1の表面、および、前記第1の表面(12,22,32,42)と実質的に平行な第2の表面、を有するダイ(11,21,31,41)であって、前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面との間にペレット形成用の複数の通し穴(3)を有するダイ(11,21,31,41)
と、
− シャフト周りに回転可能な少なくとも2つのローラ(14,15;24,25;34,35;44,45)であって、このローラ(14,15;24,25;34,35;44,45)と前記ダイ(11,21,31,41)とが互いに相対運動可能となっていて、径方向上の前記ダイ(11,21,31,41)の前記通し穴(3)を抜けてペレット化される素材を押圧するための作用押圧面(16,17;26,27;36,37;46,47)をそれぞれが有する複数のローラ(14,15;24,25;34,35;44,45)
と、を備えるペレット化装置において、
前記ローラ(14,15;24,25;34,35;44,45)のそれぞれの前記作用押圧面(16,17;26,27;36,37;46,47)の幅が、前記ダイ(11,21,31,41)の前記作用面(12,22,32,42)の幅よりも小さいこと
を特徴とするペレット化装置。 - 動作中にはローラ(14,15;24,25;34,35;44,45)とダイ(11,21,31,41)との間の相対運動が繰り返しパターンで行われるよう装置が構成されており、ダイ(11,21,31,41)の作用面(12,22,32,42)の少なくとも30%、好ましくは少なくとも90%が繰り返しパターンの1サイクル中において1度だけローラ(14,15;24,25;34,35;44,45)の作用押圧面(16,17;26,27;36,37;46,47)によって転がり通過されるように、ローラ(14,15;24,25;34,35;44,45)のそれぞれの作用押圧面(16,17;26,27;36,37;46,47)が設計されていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のペレット化装置。 - ダイの作用面(12,22,32,42)のうち、1サイクルにつき1度より多く転がり通過される領域が、ローラ(14,15;24,25;34,35;44,45)とダイ(11,21,31,41)との間の相対運動に対する直交方向内で測って2つの隣接する径方向上の通し穴(3)の中心から中心にかけての距離に相当する幅の領域であること
を特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のペレット化装置。 - ダイの作用面(12,22,32,42)が、実質的にローラ(14,15;24,25;34,35;44,45)とダイ(11,21,31,41)との間の相対運動の方向に延びる境界線で区切られた複数の領域上に分散していること
を特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のペレット化装置。 - ローラ(14,15;24,25;34,35;44,45)のそれぞれの作用押圧面(16,17;26,27;36,37;46,47)が、相異なる表面構造を有する領域の円周面にわたって分散していること
を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のペレット化装置。 - 相異なる表面構造を有する領域(8,9)が、互いに平行な複数の溝を備える領域(8,9)であり、その溝の向きが隣接する領域(8,9)間で異なること
を特徴とする請求項5に記載のペレット化装置。 - ダイの作用面(12,22,32,42)の各部分が、2回分の連続する転がり通過において、別々の領域(8,9)による転がり通過を受けるように、相異なる表面構造を有する領域(8,9)が配置されていること
を特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のペレット化装置。 - ペレット化装置用のローラ(14;34)であって、中心線と作用押圧面(16;36)とを備え、前記作用押圧面が前記ローラ(14;34)の中心線の少なくとも一部分に被さるローラにおいて、前記作用押圧面は少なくとも2つの領域(16;36)に分かれており、これらの領域はそれぞれ前記ローラ(14;34)の中心線の一部分に被さっており、2つの隣接する作用押圧面の領域は非作用分断領域によって区切られており、この非作用分断領域も前記ローラ(14;34)の中心線の一部分に被さっており、総ての作用押圧面(16;36)が被さる中心線の部分の総計は、全作用押圧面の領域(16;36)および分断領域が被さる中心線の部分の合計の60%より少ないこと
を特徴とするペレット化装置用のローラ。
