Claims (7)
1. Uređaj za granuliranje sadrži:
- kalup (11, 21, 31, 41) s prvom površinom, nazvanom operativna površina (12, 22, 32, 42), i drugom površinom koja je u biti paralelna s prvom površinom (12, 22, 32, 42), kalup (11, 21, 31, 41) između prve i druge površine sadrži višestruke prolazne otvore (3) za oblikovanje peleta, i
- najmanje dva valjka (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45) koji se mogu okretati oko osovine, pri čemu su ti valjci (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45) i kalup (11, 21, 31, 41) pomični jedan prema drugome, svaki od valjaka (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45) koji sadrži operativnu površinu (16, 17; 26, 27; 36, 37; 46, 47) za prešanje materijala koji se peletizira kroz radijalne otvore (3) kalupa (11, 21, 31, 41),
naznačen time da širina operativne površine za prešanje (16, 17; 26, 27; 36, 37; 46, 47) na svakom od valjaka (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45) je manja od širine operativne površine (12, 22, 32, 42) kalupa (11, 21, 31, 41) i operativne površine za prešanje (16, 17; 26, 27; 36, 37; 46, 47) svakog od valjaka (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45) postavljen je tako, da pokriva dio operativne površine (12, 22, 32, 42) kalupa (11, 21, 31, 41) koja nije pokrivena niti jednim drugim valjcima (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45).
2. Uređaj za granuliranje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je postavljen tako da tijekom rada ima relativno pomicanje između valjka (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45) i kalupi (11, 21, 31, 41) se pokreću u uzorku koji se ponavlja, naznačeno time da operativna površina za prešanje (16, 17; 26, 27; 36, 37; 46, 47) svakog od valjaka (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45) je postavljena tako da tokom ciklusa repetitivnog uzorka najmanje 30% a poželjno najmanje 90 % operativne površine (12, 22, 32, 42) kalupa (11, 21, 31, 41) se samo jednom provodi operativnim prešanjem površine (16, 17; 26, 27; 36, 37; 46, 47) valjka (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45).
3. Uređaj za granuliranje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da su operativne površine (12, 22, 32, 42) kalupa koja ako su promatrane više od jednog puta po ciklusu, to su površine širine koja se protežu do središta razdaljine dva susjedna radijalna otvora (3), mjereno u smjeru okomitom na smjer relativnog pomicanja između valjaka (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45) i kalupa (11, 21, 31, 41).
4. Uređaj za granuliranje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da su operativne površine (12, 22, 32, 42) kalupa postavljene preko većeg broja odvojenih površina čije se granice protežu u osnovi u smjeru relativnog kretanja između valjaka (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45) i kalupa (11, 21, 31, 41).
5. Uređaj za granuliranje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 4, naznačen time da se ta operativna površina za prešanje (16, 17; 26, 27; 36, 37; 46, 47) svakog od valjaka (14, 15; 24, 25; 34, 35; 44, 45) raspređen po rubu površine (8, 9) imaju različitu površinsku strukturu.
6. Uređaj za granuliranje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da su površine (8, 9) koja imaju različitu površinsku strukturu su površine (8, 9) koja sadrže međusobno paralelne žlijebove čija se orijentacija razlikuje između susjednih površina (8, 9).
7. Uređaj za granuliranje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 5 ili 6, naznačen time da su ta područja (8, 9) koja imaju različitu površinsku strukturu postavljeni tako da se pri dva uzastopna prevrtanja svaki dio operativne površine (12, 22, 32, 42) kalupa prevalja različitim površinama (8, 9).
