本発明は上記実施形態の記載内容に限定されず、例えば次のように実施されてもよい。
Claims (8)
- EGR配管(36)に設けられたEGR弁(37)が開弁されることで前記EGR配管を通じて排気の一部をEGRガスとして吸気通路に還流させるEGR装置(35)を備える内燃機関(10)のEGR制御装置(50、60)であって、
前記内燃機関を停止してから前記内燃機関を次回始動するまでの停止期間中に、前記EGR弁を開弁して前記EGR配管内から水を排出するEGR排水制御を実施する排水制御手段を備えることを特徴とするEGR制御装置。 - 前記排水制御手段は、前記内燃機関を停止した直後の所定の停止後期間に前記EGR排水制御を実施する請求項1に記載のEGR制御装置。
- 前記EGRガスからの凝縮水の発生が予測される所定の運転環境下において前記内燃機関の運転が実施された時間の積算値である環境運転時間を計測する時間計測手段を備え、
前記排水制御手段は、前記時間計測手段により計測した環境運転時間に応じて、前記所定の停止後期間における前記EGR弁の開弁時間を可変に設定する請求項2に記載のEGR制御装置。 - 前記EGRガスからの凝縮水の発生が予測される所定の運転環境下において前記内燃機関の運転が実施された時間の積算値である環境運転時間を計測する時間計測手段を備え、
前記排水制御手段は、前記内燃機関の停止後において前記内燃機関の冷却水温度が判定値よりも低下するまで前記EGR弁を開弁し、
前記時間計測手段により計測した環境運転時間に応じて前記判定値を可変に設定する請求項2に記載のEGR制御装置。 - 外気の温度を検出する温度検出手段(44)を備え、
前記排水制御手段は、前記内燃機関の停止時に前記温度検出手段により検出される外気温度が低いほど、前記EGR弁の開弁時期を早くする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のEGR制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関が始動される直前に運転者が行う所定の始動前動作を検出する動作検出手段を備え、
前記排水制御手段は、前記停止期間中に前記動作検出手段により前記所定の始動前動作があったことが検出された場合に前記EGR排水制御を実施する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のEGR制御装置。 - 前記吸気通路に還流する排気を冷却する排気冷却手段(38)が前記EGR配管に設けられており、
前記内燃機関の始動後であって前記内燃機関の暖機完了前の期間に、前記排気冷却手段による排気の冷却を制限しつつ、前記内燃機関の失火を抑制可能な所定開度で前記EGR弁を開弁する暖機前制御手段を備える請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のEGR制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の吸入空気を過給する過給機(30)が前記内燃機関のガス通路(11,26)に設けられており、
前記内燃機関の始動後であって前記内燃機関の暖機完了前の期間では、前記過給機による吸入空気の過給を制限する請求項7に記載のEGR制御装置。
