前記第1及び第2粘着層はベンゾトリアゾール及びヒドロキシグループのうちのいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の発光装置。 - 前記ベース層は樹脂材質またはポリマー材質を含み、
前記ベース層は前記ベンゾトリアゾール及びヒドロキシグループのうちのいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の発光装置。 - 前記接着部材はベンゾトリアゾール反応物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2から6のうち、いずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記ベンゾトリアゾール反応物は酸(acid)成分とベンゾトリアゾール成分が反応されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の発光装置。
- 前記ヒドロキシグループは2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(hydroxyethyl acrylate)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうち、いずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記ヒドロキシグループは2−ヒドロキシエチルアセテート(hydroxethyl acetate)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうち、いずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記ヒドロキシグループを有する接着部材は酸フリー物質であることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の発光装置。
- 前記発光素子は、胴体、前記胴体内に複数の電極、前記複数の電極のうちの少なくとも1つの上に配置された発光チップ、及び前記発光チップ上にモールディング部材を含み、
前記複数の電極の表面は銀材質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から11のうち、いずれか一項に記載の発光装置。 - 前記発光素子は、前記発光チップを前記複数の電極のうちの少なくとも1つにボンディングするペースト部材を含み、
前記ペースト部材は銀材質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の発光装置。 - 前記胴体は前記発光チップ及び前記モールディング部材が配置されたキャビティーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の発光装置。
- 前記胴体はポリフタルアミド、シリコン、またはエポキシ材質のうち、少なくとも1つを含み、
前記モールディング部材は前記胴体と異なる樹脂材質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の発光装置。 - 前記基板は前記接着部材上に接着された金属材質の支持層、前記支持層上に配置された絶縁層、前記絶縁層上に配置され、前記発光素子と電気的に連結された回路パターンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から15のうち、いずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記発光素子は複数の発光素子を含み、
前記複数の発光素子は前記基板上に配置され、前記基板と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1から16のうち、いずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
