Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 광학 필터로서 필수적으로 사용되던 기능성 필름층이 생략되도록 적층 구조를 단순화하면서도 우수한 광학 특성을 유지할 수 있는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프를 제공함으로써 제조공정이 단순화되고 제조 단가가 줄어들고 제조 수율이 향상된 원가 절감형 구조를 갖는다.

Claims (16)
- PDP 광학필터의 층간 접합용 감압 점착 테이프로서, 하이드록시가 함유된 아크릴레이트계 관능성 단랑체를 포함하여 중합된 산-프리(acid free) 아크릴 중합체, 근적외선 차단 물질, 네온광 차단 물질 및 UV 차단 물질로 이루어지며,
투명 기판과 반사 방지층의 층 대 층 (layer to layer) 접합 용도로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산-프리 아크릴 중합체는, 아크릴계 단량체로서 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, n-부틸아크릴레이트, 이소-옥실아크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 1 종 이상 100 중량부에 대하여,
메틸메타크릴레이트, 및 비닐 아크릴레이트로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 단량체 1 ~ 20 중량부; 하이드록시가 함유된 아크릴레이트계 관능성 단랑체 1 ~ 10 중량부; 및
중합 개시제 0.03 ~ 0.5 중량부;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 그 중량평균분자량이 1,200,000 ~ 1,500,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산-프리 아크릴 중합체는, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트와 n-부틸아크릴레이트를 6:4 내지 9:1 중량비로 배합한 아크릴계 단량체 100 중량부에 대하여,
메틸메타크릴레이트와 비닐 아크릴레이트를 2.5 대 10의 중량비로 배합한 단량체 2.5 ~ 12.5 중량부; 2-하이드록시에틸(메트)아크릴레이트 5 ~ 9 중량부; 및 중합 개시제 0.03 ~ 0.5 중량부;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 그 중량평균분자량이 1,200,000 ~ 1,500,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하이드록시가 함유된 아크릴레이트계 관능성 단랑체는 2-하이드록시에틸(메트)아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
나아가 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(IPDI, isophorone diisocyanate), HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate), HMDI (methylene bis-(4-cychlohexylisocynate), TMHMDI (trimethyl hexamethylene diisocyanate), TDI (toluene-2,4-diisocyanate), 및 MDI (methylene diphenyl-4,4'-diisocyanate)로 이루어진 이소시아네이트계 화합물로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 경화제를 산-프리(acid free) 아크릴 중합체 100 중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 1.0 중량부 범위 내로 더 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 근적외선 차단 물질은 암미늄계, 프탈로시아닌계, 또는 디이모늄계 중에서 선택된 1종을 산-프리(acid free) 아크릴 중합체 100 중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 1.0 중량부 범위로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 네온광 차단 물질은 시아닌계, 또는 포피린계 중에서 선택된 1종을 산-프리(acid free) 아크릴 중합체 100 중량부 기준으로 0.05 내지 0.5 중량부 범위로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 UV 차단 물질은 하이드록시 페닐 벤조트리아졸을 산-프리(acid free) 아크릴 중합체 100 중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 1.0 중량부 범위로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산-프리 아크릴 중합체는 -50 내지 0℃의 유리전이온도와 2.0% 이하의 헤이즈(Haze)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 필름 프리 감압 접착 테이프는 945 내지 955 nm에서의 파장 영역에서 광 투과율이 10% 이내이고, 585 내지 595 nm에서의 파장 영역에서 광 투과율이 30% 이내이고, 375 내지 385 nm에서의 파장 영역에서 광 투과율이 10% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프.
- 반사 방지층, 투명 기판 및 전자파 차폐층으로 이루어진 PDP 광학필터의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 반사 방지층과 투명 기판 사이에는 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항의 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프가 구비되는 단계; 이와 동시에 혹은 순차적으로,
상기 투명 기판과 전자파 차폐층 사이에는 광학성 감압 점착 테이프가 구비되는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 3D 디스플레이용 PDP 광학필터의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프는 10 내지 50 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 3D 디스플레이용 PDP 광학필터의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 광학성 감압 점착 테이프는 하이드록시가 함유된 메타크릴레이트계 관능성 단랑체를 포함하여 중합된 산-포함 아크릴 중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는
기능성 필름 프리 3D 디스플레이용 PDP 광학필터의 제조방법.
- 위로부터 차례로, 반사 방지층(10), 기능성 필름 프리 감압 점착 테이프(60), 투명 기판(20), 광학성 감압 점착 테이프(2), 및 전자파 차폐층(30)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 3D 디스플레이용 PDP 광학필터.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 전자파 차폐층(30)은 전자파 메쉬 차폐층 또는 은 전도층인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 3D 디스플레이용 PDP 광학필터.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 전자파 메쉬 차폐층(30)은 구리 에칭 메쉬를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 필름 프리 3D 디스플레이용 PDP 광학필터.
