Claims (13)
- a) 하이드록시기를 함유하되 카르복실기는 갖지 않는 아크릴계 공중합체 100 중량부;b) 가교제 0.01 내지 10 중량부; 및c) 하기 화학식 1의 구조를 가지며 HLB 값이 4 내지 13인 폴리에테르 변성 폴리디메틸실록산 공중합체 0.01 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물.[화학식 1]상기 식에서,PE는 -CH2CH2CH2O(EO)n(PO)mZ 이며,n + m이 1이상인 정수이고,EO는 에틸렌 옥사이드이며, PO는 프로필렌 옥사이드이고,Z는 수소, 아미노기 또는 알킬기이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 72시간 이상 경과 후의 점착력(박리각도 180도, 속도 300mm/분)이 초기 점착력의 1.5배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 감압성 점 착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 a) 아크릴계 공중합체가 알킬(메타)아크릴산 에스테르 단량체 및 히드록시기를 갖고 카르복실기를 갖지 않는 가교점 부여 작용기 함유 단량체를 포함하는 단량체들로부터 제조된 것인 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알킬(메타)아크릴산 에스테르 단량체는 알킬기의 탄소수가 1 내지 12인 것인 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알킬(메타)아크릴산 에스테르 단량체는 부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, n-프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, t-부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 펜틸(메타)아크릴레이트, n-옥틸메타아크릴레이트, n-테트라데실메타아크릴레이트, 및 2-에틸헥실(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것인 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시기를 갖고 카르복실기를 갖지 않는 가교점 부여 작용기 함유 단량체는 2-하이드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, 4-하이드록시부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 6-하이드록시헥실(메 타)아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시에틸렌글리콜(메타)아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시프로필렌글리콜(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것인 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 a) 아크릴계 공중합체를 제조하기 위한 단량체들이 메틸 아크릴레이트, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 비닐 아세테이트, 스티렌, 및 아크릴로니트릴로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하는 것인 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 b) 가교제는 이소시아네이트계 화합물, 에폭시계 화합물, 아지리딘계 화합물, 및 금속 킬레이트계 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 c) 폴리에테르 변성 폴리디메틸실록산 공중합체의 분자량이 300 내지 300,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물이 실란계 커플링제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물로 이루어진 점착시트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 적어도 일면에 이형 시트를 구비한 점착시트.
- 기재 상에 제1항 또는 제2항의 아크릴계 감압성 점착제 조성물을 코팅하고 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 점착시트의 제조 방법.
