Abstract
【解決手段】エンコーダ10は、モータの回転軸等の回転体に固定された略円板形状のコード板12と、コード板12の第1の主面14側に配置された発光部16及び受光部18とを具備する。コード板12は透光性の樹脂から作製され、その第1の主面14には、凹凸形状の入射部22と、凹凸形状の出射部24とが形成される。またコード板12の第1の主面14と反対側の第2の主面26には、光を透過する凹凸形状からなる透過部28と、光を全反射する平面からなる全反射部30とが形成され、透過部28及び全反射部30がコードパターン部32を形成する。

Claims (5)
- 樹脂材料からなり、第1の主面、及び前記第1の主面と反対側の第2の主面を有するコード板と、
前記コード板の前記第1の主面側に配置された発光部と、
前記コード板の前記第1の主面側に配置された受光部と、を具備する反射型光学式エンコーダであって、
前記コード板の前記第1の主面は、凹凸形状の入射部と、凹凸形状の出射部とを有し、
前記コード板の前記第2の主面は、光を透過するV字形状、三角形状又は曲面からなる透過部と、光を全反射する平面からなる全反射部とを含むコードパターン部を有することを特徴とする、反射型光学式エンコーダ。 - 前記入射部の凹凸形状がV字形状又は三角形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反射型光学式エンコーダ。
- 前記入射部の凹凸形状が曲面形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反射型光学式エンコーダ。
- 前記出射部の凹凸形状がV字形状又は三角形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の反射型光学式エンコーダ。
- 前記出射部の凹凸形状が曲面形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の反射型光学式エンコーダ。
