Abstract

Claims (15)
- 気−気熱交換器であって、
流体の流れが通過するための閉鎖された通路を熱伝達エレメントの間に形成するように配置された複数の熱伝達エレメントをそれぞれ支持するエレメント支持バスケットと、
前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路からの蓄積した物質の流体噴霧クリーニングのために配置されかつ作動可能な、流体供給部に流体接続された複数のノズルを備える熱伝達エレメントクリーニングシステムと、
前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路から除去された噴霧された流体および蓄積した物質の収集のために配置されかつ作動可能な流出物収集器ホッパと、
該流出物収集器ホッパをクリーニングし、かつ該流出物収集器ホッパの詰まりを防止するために、前記流出物収集器ホッパからの流体および蓄積した物質の排出のために前記流出物収集器ホッパの流体噴霧クリーニングのために作動可能な流体供給部に流体接続された、排出部を備える流出物収集器ホッパクリーニングシステムと、を備えることを特徴とする、気−気熱交換器。 - 前記流体供給部は、水である、請求項1記載の交換器。
- 前記熱伝達エレメントクリーニングシステムの流体噴霧は、前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路のクリーニングのために毎時約1分間から約5分間使用される約400barから約700barの圧力のものである、請求項1記載の交換器。
- 前記熱伝達エレメントクリーニングシステムの流体噴霧は、前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路のクリーニングのために毎時約2分間使用される約500barの圧力のものである、請求項1記載の交換器。
- 前記流出物収集器ホッパクリーニングシステムの流体噴霧は、該流出物収集器ホッパクリーニングシステムの詰まりを防止するための該流出物収集器ホッパクリーニングシステムのクリーニングのための毎時約1分間から約5分間使用される約400barから約700barの圧力のものである、請求項1記載の交換器。
- 気−気熱交換器を製造する方法であって、
エレメント支持バスケットを備える熱交換器を提供し、
流体の流れが通過するための閉鎖された通路を熱伝達エレメントの間に形成するように前記エレメント支持バスケット内に配置および支持するために、剛性の材料シートから前記熱伝達エレメントを製造し、
前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路からの蓄積した物質の流体噴霧クリーニングのために配置されかつ作動可能な、流体供給部に流体接続された複数のノズルを備える熱伝達エレメントクリーニングシステムを提供し、
前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路から除去された噴霧された流体および蓄積した物質の収集のために配置されかつ作動可能な流出物収集器ホッパを提供し、
該流出物収集器ホッパをクリーニングし、かつ該流出物収集器ホッパの詰まりを防止するために、前記流出物収集器ホッパからの流体および蓄積した物質の排出のために前記流出物収集器ホッパの流体噴霧クリーニングのために作動可能な流体供給部に流体接続された、排出部を備える流出物収集器ホッパクリーニングシステムを提供する、ことを含むことを特徴とする、気−気熱交換器を製造する方法。 - 前記流体供給部は、水である、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝達エレメントクリーニングシステムの流体噴霧は、前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路のクリーニングのために毎時約1分間から約5分間使用される約400barから約700barの圧力のものである、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝達エレメントクリーニングシステムの流体噴霧は、前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路のクリーニングのために毎時約2分間使用される約500barの圧力のものである、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記流出物収集器ホッパクリーニングシステムの流体噴霧は、該流出物収集器ホッパクリーニングシステムの詰まりを防止するための該流出物収集器ホッパクリーニングシステムのクリーニングのための毎時約1分間から約5分間使用される約400barから約700barの圧力のものである、請求項6記載の方法。
- 気−気熱交換器を使用する方法であって、
エレメント支持バスケットを備える熱交換器を提供し、
流体の流れが通過するための閉鎖された通路を熱伝達エレメントの間に形成するように前記エレメント支持バスケット内に熱伝達エレメントを配置し、
様々な温度の流体を、該流体の間の熱伝達のために前記通路に通過させ、
前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路からの蓄積した物質の流体噴霧クリーニングのために配置されかつ作動可能な、流体供給部に流体接続された複数のノズルを備える熱伝達エレメントクリーニングシステムを使用し、
前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路から除去された噴霧された流体および蓄積した物質の収集のために配置されかつ作動可能な流出物収集器ホッパを使用し、
該流出物収集器ホッパをクリーニングし、かつ該流出物収集器ホッパの詰まりを防止するために、前記流出物収集器ホッパからの流体および蓄積した物質の排出のために前記流出物収集器ホッパの流体噴霧クリーニングのために作動可能な流体供給部に流体接続された、排出部を備える流出物収集器ホッパクリーニングシステムを使用する、ことを含むことを特徴とする、気−気熱交換器を使用する方法。 - 前記流体供給部は、水である、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝達エレメントクリーニングシステムの流体噴霧は、前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路のクリーニングのために毎時約1分間から約5分間使用される約400barから約700barの圧力のものである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝達エレメントクリーニングシステムの流体噴霧は、前記熱伝達エレメントおよび前記通路のクリーニングのために毎時約2分間使用される約500barの圧力のものである、請求項11記載の方法。
