Abstract
【解決手段】ビニル絶縁ビニルシースケーブルであるVVF1は、平形ケーブルに相当する。このようなVVF1は、絶縁線心2を構成する導体4がアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金のアルミ単線6と、このアルミ単線6の周囲に設けられる銅又は銅合金製の銅クラッド7とからなる。また、VVF1は、導体4の仕様として直径が2.0mmである時、銅クラッド7の厚みが50μmm〜200μmmである。

Claims (3)
- 導体及び絶縁体を備えてなる絶縁線心を複数本並べ、該複数本並んだ状態の絶縁線心をシースにて一括して覆うことによりなる平形ケーブルにおいて、
前記導体は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金のアルミ単線と、該アルミ単線の周囲に設けられる銅又は銅合金製の銅クラッドとからなる
ことを特徴とする平形ケーブル。 - 請求項1に記載の平形ケーブルにおいて、
前記銅クラッドの厚みは、50μmm〜200μmmである
ことを特徴とする平形ケーブル。 - 請求項1に記載の平形ケーブルにおいて、
前記銅クラッドの厚みは、前記導体の直径に対し2.5%〜10%である
ことを特徴とする平形ケーブル。
