Abstract
【解決手段】外側継手部材に、トラック溝間の内径球面部とトラック溝の内径側開口端部との少なくともカップ部開口側コーナ部に、前記ケージの外側継手部材への組み込み時に外側継手部材側の干渉を防止する切欠部が形成される、切欠部と外側継手部材のトラック溝とが、一つのしごきパンチを用いる冷間鍛造のしごき加工によって仕上げられている。

Claims (7)
- 内径面に複数本のトラック溝を形成したカップ部を有する外側継手部材と、外径面に複数本のトラック溝を形成した内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と前記内側継手部材のトラック溝との間に介在してトルクを伝達する複数個のトルク伝達ボールと、前記外側継手部材の内径面と前記内側継手部材の外径面との間に介在すると共に前記トルク伝達ボールを保持するポケットを有するケージを備えた固定式等速自在継手において、
前記外側継手部材に、トラック溝間の内径球面部とトラック溝の内径側開口端部との少なくともカップ部開口側コーナ部に、前記ケージの外側継手部材への組み込み時に外側継手部材側の干渉を防止する切欠部を形成するとともに、この切欠部と外側継手部材のトラック溝とが、一つのしごきパンチを用いる冷間鍛造のしごき加工によって仕上げられてなることを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 前記切欠部をアール形状としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 前記切欠部とトラック溝との間に繋ぎ部を形成するとともに、この繋ぎ部をアール形状としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材のトラック溝間の内径球面部とトラック溝との境界部にトラックチャンファを設けるとともに、トラックチャンファとトラック溝とをアール形状の繋ぎ部を介して連設したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- カップ部の開口部全周に沿ってカップ入口チャンファを設けるとともに、トラック溝とカップ入口チャンファとの境界部にトラック入口チャンファを設け、かつ、カップ入口チャンファとトラック入口チャンファとが冷間鍛造仕上にて形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- カップ部の開口部全周に沿ってカップ入口チャンファを設けるとともに、トラック溝とカップ入口チャンファとの境界部にトラック入口チャンファを設け、かつ、トラック溝とトラック入口チャンファとが冷間鍛造仕上にて形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材のトラック溝底面及び内側継手部材のトラック溝底面が円弧部とストレート部とを有するアンダーカットフリータイプであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
