Abstract

Description
少なくとも一つのジエン系エラストマー;及び
エラストマー100重量部あたり(phr)、1〜30重量部の粒子複合材料であって、超高分子量ポリエチレンと、無機フィラーと、そして粒子複合材料全体をくまなく連絡する相互接続細孔のネットワークとを含み、前記細孔は粒子複合材料の少なくとも35体積パーセントを占める粒子複合材料
を含む空気入りタイヤに向けられる。
少なくとも一つのジエン系エラストマー;及び
エラストマー100重量部あたり(phr)、1〜30重量部の粒子複合材料であって、超高分子量ポリエチレンと、無機フィラーと、そして粒子複合材料全体をくまなく連絡する相互接続細孔のネットワークとを含み、前記細孔は粒子複合材料の少なくとも35体積パーセントを占める粒子複合材料

本実施例で、熱可塑性樹脂/フィラー複合材料を含有するゴム組成物の製造及び試験について説明する。
本実施例では、熱可塑性樹脂/フィラー複合材料を含有するゴム組成物の製造及び試験についてさらに例示する。コンパウンドは、表4に示された基本配合を用いて製造されたが、表5に示されているようなフィラーを用いた。
実施例2のコンパウンドを、冷却室に据え付けられた線形摩擦計(linear tribometer)を用いて試験した。実験室氷上での摩擦試験の詳細は、文献[Tibor Fulop,Ari J.Tuononen,Evolution of ice surface under a sliding rubber block,Wear,Volume 307,Issues 1−2,30 September 2013,Pages 52−59]に見出すことができる。試験は、凍結路走行時のタイヤトレッドコンパウンドの挙動を捕らえるために、二つの異なる試験条件で実施される。
1.少なくとも一つの部品を含む空気入りタイヤであって、前記少なくとも一つの部品はゴム組成物を含み、前記ゴム組成物は、
少なくとも一つのジエン系エラストマー;及び
エラストマー100重量部あたり(phr)、1〜30重量部の粒子複合材料であって、超高分子量ポリエチレンと、無機フィラーと、そして粒子複合材料全体をくまなく連絡する相互接続細孔のネットワークとを含み、前記細孔は粒子複合材料の少なくとも35体積パーセントを占める粒子複合材料
を含む空気入りタイヤ。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも一つの部品を含む空気入りタイヤであって、前記少なくとも一つの部品はゴム組成物を含み、前記ゴム組成物は、
少なくとも一つのジエン系エラストマー;及び
エラストマー100重量部あたり(phr)、1〜30重量部の粒子複合材料であって、超高分子量ポリエチレンと、無機フィラーと、そして粒子複合材料全体をくまなく連絡する相互接続細孔のネットワークとを含み、前記細孔は粒子複合材料の少なくとも35体積パーセントを占める粒子複合材料
を含む空気入りタイヤ。 - 超高分子量ポリエチレンが、10〜39デシリットル/グラムの範囲の固有粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 超高分子量ポリエチレンが、18〜39デシリットル/グラムの範囲の固有粘度を有する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 無機フィラーがシリカである、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 超高分子量ポリエチレンに対するフィラーの重量比が0.5〜3.0の範囲である、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 細孔が、粒子複合材料の約60パーセント〜約75体積パーセントを占める、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
