Abstract
【解決手段】該少なくとも1種の部品は、ゴム組成物を含み、該ゴム組成物は、少なくとも1種のジエンエラストマー、および、ポリエステルフタラートとアジピン酸ジブトキシエチルとを含む組合せ可塑剤を含む。

Description
車線変更、路上の障害物の回避およびコーナリングの際に、高レベルの乗り物のハンドリング性能、優れた安定性およびステアリングレスポンスを有するタイヤを開発して欲しいという要望が増加している。乗り物の高速での走行にとって、安定性を犠牲にすることのない改善された路面のグリップは重要である。しかしながら、高速走行時において、運転中のタイヤ温度が通常走行時に発生する温度よりも高くなり、加熱されたタイヤのゴムが柔らかくなるために、タイヤのハンドリングの安定性が低下するが、これがいわゆるタイヤの「ボーダーライン」の使用である。
本発明は、少なくとも1種の部品を含む空気入りタイヤを対象とし、該少なくとも1種の部品は、ゴム組成物を含み、該ゴム組成物は、少なくとも1種のジエンエラストマー、及びポリエステルフタラートとアジピン酸ジブトキシエチルとを含む組合せ可塑剤、を含む。
少なくとも1種の部品を含む空気入りタイヤが開示され、ここで該少なくとも1種の部品は、ゴム組成物を含み、該ゴム組成物は、少なくとも1種のジエンエラストマー、及びポリエステルフタラートとアジピン酸ジブトキシエチルとを含む組合せ可塑剤、を含む。
一実施態様において、組合せ可塑剤は、ジエンエラストマー100重量部あたり1〜20重量部(phr)の範囲の濃度で本ゴム組成物に存在する。その他の実施態様において、組合せ可塑剤は、ジエンエラストマー100重量部あたり5〜15重量部(phr)の範囲の濃度で本ゴム組成物に存在する。
用語「phr」は、本明細書で用いられる場合、および、一般的な実施に従って、「ゴムすなわちエラストマー100重量部あたりのそれぞれの物質の重量部」を意味する。
本ゴムコンパウンドに使用可能な、一般的に用いられるケイ酸含有の顔料としては、一般的な熱分解法により製造された、および、沈降ケイ酸含有の顔料(シリカ)が挙げられる。一実施態様において、沈降シリカが用いられる。本発明で用いられる一般的なケイ酸含有の顔料は、例えば可溶性ケイ酸塩(例えばケイ酸ナトリウム)の酸性化によって得られた沈降シリカである。
一般的なシリカは、電子顕微鏡によって測定した場合、例えば0.01〜0.05ミクロンの範囲の最終的な平均粒度を有すると予想されるが、このようなシリカ粒子は、よりさらに小さい、または、場合によってはそれよりも大きいサイズを有していてもよい。
この実施例では、ゴム組成物に組合せ可塑剤(ポリエステルフタラート、および、アジピン酸ジブトキシエチル)を添加することの作用を説明する。表1および2で示される配合法に従って、ジエンエラストマー、充填剤、加工助剤、老化防止剤、および、硬化剤を含むゴム組成物を製造した。
この実施例では、ゴム組成物に可塑剤のポリエステルフタラート(アジピン酸ジブトキシエチルなし)を添加することの作用を説明する。表4および5で示される配合法に従って、ジエンエラストマー、充填剤、加工助剤、老化防止剤、および、硬化剤を含むゴム組成物を製造した。実施例1で説明されているようにして粘弾性および物理特性を測定し、結果を表6に示す。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1種の部品を特徴とする空気入りタイヤであって、該少なくとも1種の部品がゴム組成物を含み、該ゴム組成物が、少なくとも1種のジエンエラストマー、及びポリエステルフタラートとアジピン酸ジブトキシエチルとを含む組合せ可塑剤、を含む、上記タイヤ。
- 前記組合せ可塑剤が、エラストマー100重量部あたり1〜20重量部(phr)の範囲の濃度で前記ゴム組成物に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記組合せ可塑剤が、エラストマー100重量部あたり5〜15重量部(phr)の範囲の濃度で前記ゴム組成物に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ポリエステルフタラートのアジピン酸ジブトキシエチルに対する重量比が、10:1〜1:10の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ポリエステルフタラートのアジピン酸ジブトキシエチルに対する重量比が、5:1〜1:5の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ジエンエラストマーが、天然及び合成のシス1,4−ポリイソプレンゴム、3,4−ポリイソプレンゴム、スチレン/イソプレン/ブタジエンゴム、乳化及び溶液重合によって誘導されたスチレン/ブタジエンゴム、シス1,4−ポリブタジエンゴム、並びに乳化重合によって製造されたブタジエン/アクリロニトリルコポリマーからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム組成物が、10〜100phrのカーボンブラック、及び10〜100phrのシリカをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム組成物が、硫黄含有の有機ケイ素化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム組成物が、約10〜100phrのプロセスオイルをさらに含むことを特徴とし、該プロセスオイルが芳香族系オイル、パラフィン系オイル、ナフテン系オイル、植物油、軽度抽出溶媒和物(MES)、留出油からの芳香族系抽出物を処理した油(TDAE)、残油からの芳香族系特殊抽出物(SRAE)、および、重ナフテン系オイルからなる群より選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも1種の部品がトレッドを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
