Claims (9)
- 冷凍機から戻ってくる冷媒ガスを圧縮して前記冷凍機に供給する圧縮機であって、
冷媒ガスを圧縮するとともに前記冷媒ガスの圧縮熱をオイルを用いて冷却する圧縮カプセルと、
前記圧縮カプセルが圧縮した冷媒ガスに含まれるオイルを分離して蓄えるオイルセパレータと、
前記圧縮カプセル内のオイルの油面高を計測するカプセル油面計と、
前記オイルセパレータ内のオイル量の油面高を計測するセパレータ油面計とを備えることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記オイルセパレータに蓄えられたオイルを前記圧縮カプセルに戻すオイル戻り配管をさらに備え、
前記カプセル油面計が計測した前記圧縮カプセル内の油面高と、前記セパレータ油面計が計測した前記オイルセパレータ内の油面高とをもとに、前記圧縮機におけるオイルの循環状態を判定する判定器をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記判定器は、
前記圧縮カプセル内のオイルの油面高をもとに、前記圧縮カプセル内のオイル量を取得するカプセル油量取得部と、
前記オイルセパレータ内の油面高をもとに、前記オイルセパレータ内のオイル量を取得するセパレータ油量取得部とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記判定器は、前記カプセル油量取得部が取得した前記圧縮カプセル内のオイル量と、前記セパレータ油量取得部が取得した前記オイルセパレータ内のオイル量とをもとに、前記圧縮機内のオイルの総量を取得する総量取得部とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記判定器は、前記圧縮機内にあるべきオイル量として定められた圧縮機油量範囲に、前記総量取得部が取得したオイルの総量が含まれるか否かを判定する総量判定部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記総量取得部が取得したオイルの総量が前記圧縮機油量範囲を外れる場合、その旨をユーザに通知する通知部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記判定器は、
前記圧縮カプセル内にあるべきオイル量として定められたカプセル油量範囲に、前記カプセル油量取得部が取得したオイル量が含まれるか否かを判定するカプセル油量判定部と、
前記オイルセパレータが蓄えるべきオイル量として定められたセパレータ油量範囲に、前記セパレータ油量取得部が取得したオイル量が含まれるか否かを判定するセパレータ油量判定部とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記カプセル油量取得部が取得したオイル量が前記カプセル油量範囲を外れる場合、またはセパレータオイル量取得部が取得したオイル量が前記セパレータ油量範囲を外れる場合の少なくともいずれか1つの場合、その旨をユーザに通知する通知部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の圧縮機。
- 冷凍機から戻ってくる冷媒ガスを圧縮するとともに前記冷媒ガスの圧縮熱をオイルを用いて冷却する圧縮カプセルと、
前記圧縮カプセルが圧縮した冷媒ガスに含まれるオイルを分離して蓄えるオイルセパレータと、
前記圧縮カプセル内のオイルの油面高を計測するカプセル油面計と、
前記オイルセパレータ内のオイル量の油面高を計測するセパレータ油面計とを備える圧縮機と、
前記カプセル油面計が計測した前記圧縮カプセル内の油面高と、前記セパレータ油面計が計測した前記オイルセパレータ内の油面高とをもとに、前記圧縮機内のオイルの総量を取得する判定器とを備えることを特徴とする圧縮機の油量管理システム。
