Claims (5)
- 内周面に複数の固定子巻線用スロットが形成された固定子と、前記固定子の内周面との間に隙間を挟んで外周面を対向させた状態で回転可能に軸支された回転子とを有し、前記回転子の外周面に回転方向に並ぶ複数の磁極を形成する1または複数の永久磁石が前記回転子に埋め込まれた永久磁石埋め込み式回転電機において、
前記回転子には、前記回転子の外周面に磁極を形成する1または複数の永久磁石の両端から前記磁極の中心に向かって延びる磁束短絡防止用スリットが形成され、
前記回転子の外周面には、前記磁極の中心を通る対称軸について対称に離間した1対の溝であって、各溝が前記回転子の外周面における隣の磁極の溝と離間した1対の溝が形成されてなることを特徴とする永久磁石埋め込み式回転電機。 - 前記回転子の回転中心を中心とする角度に換算した前記固定子巻線用スロットのピッチをτs、2個の磁束短絡防止用スリットの間に挟まれた前記回転子の回転中心を中心とする角度をθf、前記1対の溝の間に挟まれた前記回転子の回転中心を中心とする角度をθs、nを所定の整数とする場合に、

の関係を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石埋め込み式回転電機。 - 前記回転子の回転中心を中心とする角度に換算した前記固定子巻線用スロットのピッチをτs、2個の磁束短絡防止用スリットの間に挟まれた前記回転子の回転中心を中心とする角度をθf、前記1対の溝の間に挟まれた前記回転子の回転中心を中心とする角度をθs、nを所定の整数、Δθ1、Δθ2を所定の角度とする場合に、
n×τs−Δθ1≦θf≦n×τs+Δθ2
θs=n×τs
の関係を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の永久磁石埋め込み式回転電機。 - 前記溝部を除き、前記回転子の外周形状が真円形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1の請求項に記載の永久磁石埋め込み式回転電機。
- 前記回転子の外周面の曲率半径が、前記回転子の外周面の前記固定子に最も近い点と回転中心点との距離より小さく、前記回転子が花弁状になっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1の請求項に記載の永久磁石埋め込み式回転電機。
