Claims (9)
- 伝熱管と、
前記伝熱管の径方向外側から取り付けられ、前記伝熱管の外周面に接触する円弧状の接触面を有する複数のフィンと、
前記伝熱管の前記外周面と前記各フィンの前記接触面とを接着する接着剤と、を備えることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 複数の前記フィンは、前記伝熱管の管軸方向に直交する直交面内において、前記伝熱管を挟むように隣接して設けられる一対の前記フィンを含み、
前記直交面内において、一対の前記フィンが隣接する方向を幅方向とし、前記幅方向に直交する方向を長さ方向とすると、
一方の前記フィンと他方の前記フィンとは、前記管軸方向及び前記長さ方向の少なくとも一方の方向において、位置ずれして配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 複数の前記フィンは、前記伝熱管の管軸方向に直交する直交面内において、前記伝熱管を挟むように隣接して設けられる一対の前記フィンを含み、
前記直交面内において、一対の前記フィンが隣接する方向を幅方向とし、前記幅方向に直交する方向を長さ方向とすると、
一方の前記フィンと他方の前記フィンとは、前記直交面内において、互いに隣接する前記幅方向の端部が、前記管軸方向に重複していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。 - 複数の前記フィンは、前記伝熱管の管軸方向に直交する直交面内において、前記伝熱管を挟むように隣接して設けられる一対の前記フィンを含み、
前記直交面内において、一対の前記フィンが隣接する方向を幅方向とし、前記幅方向に直交する方向を長さ方向とすると、
一方の前記フィンと他方の前記フィンとは、前記直交面内において、互いに隣接する前記幅方向の端部が、所定の隙間を空けて対向していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。 - 複数の前記フィンは、前記伝熱管の管軸方向に所定の間隔で配置されており、
前記管軸方向において隣接する前記フィン同士の間に設けられ、前記各フィンの前記管軸方向における位置を規制する位置規制部を、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記位置規制部は、前記接着剤により形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
- 伝熱管の外周面に接触する円弧状の接触面を有する複数のフィンを、前記伝熱管の管軸方向に所定の間隔で配置するフィン配置工程と、
前記伝熱管の前記外周面及び前記各フィンの前記接触面の少なくとも一方に接着剤を塗布する接着剤塗布工程と、
前記伝熱管の径方向外側から複数の前記フィンを接着する接着工程と、を備えることを特徴とする熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記接着剤塗布工程では、前記伝熱管の前記外周面に前記接着剤を塗布することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換器の製造方法。
- 前記接着剤塗布工程では、前記フィンの前記接触面に前記接着剤を塗布することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換器の製造方法。
