Abstract
【解決手段】組電池2は、複数の扁平な電池パック10とスペーサ5が交互に積層されて積層方向に荷重された構造を有する。電池パック10は、幅狭面が開口している扁平なケースと、ケースの開口の内周面に嵌合している封口板であってその側面と内周面が溶接されている封口板を備える。スペーサ5は、各電池パックの両側の扁平面の中央に配置されており、扁平面との接触領域の輪郭が電池パックの扁平面の輪郭よりも小さい。積層方向の荷重によって電池パックの扁平面の中央がスペーサの輪郭の形に窪んでいる。

Claims (5)
- 内部に電池本体を収容する扁平なケースであって幅狭面が開口しているケースと、前記ケースの開口の内周面に嵌合している封口板であってその側面と前記内周面が溶接されている封口板と、を備える複数の電池パックと、
各電池パックの両側の扁平面の中央に配置されており、前記扁平面との接触領域の輪郭が電池パックの扁平面の輪郭よりも小さい複数のスペーサと、
を備えており、
複数の電池パックと複数のスペーサが交互に積層されているとともに、積層方向に荷重されており、
荷重によって電池パックの前記扁平面の中央がスペーサの輪郭の形に窪んでいる、
ことを特徴とする組電池。 - 積層方向に封口板とスペーサを横断する断面で見たときに、封口板の下端からスペーサの上端までの距離Aと、前記窪みの深さBとの比B/Aが、0.005≦B/A≦0.11であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記比B/Aが、0.02≦B/A≦0.09であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組電池。
- 積層方向に封口板とスペーサを横断する断面で見たときに、扁平面と封口板との接触領域の下端から扁平面とスペーサとの接触領域の上端までの間で前記扁平面が、積層方向の直交方向に対して一直線に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
- 内部に電池本体を収容する扁平なケースであって幅狭面が開口しているケースと、前記ケースの開口の内周面に嵌合している封口板であってその側面と前記内周面が溶接されている封口板と、を備える複数の電池パックと、
各電池パックの両側の扁平面の中央に配置されており、前記扁平面との接触領域の輪郭が電池パックの扁平面の輪郭よりも小さい複数のスペーサと、
を備えており、
複数の電池パックと複数のスペーサが交互に積層されてその積層方向に荷重されており、
電池パックの前記扁平面の中央がスペーサの輪郭の形に窪んでおり、
積層方向に封口板とスペーサを横断する断面で見たときに、扁平面と封口板との接触領域の下端から扁平面とスペーサとの接触領域の上端までの間で前記扁平面が、積層方向の直交方向に対して一直線に傾斜している、
ことを特徴とする組電池。
